The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-level Paid Social Specialist to serve as the "right-hand" Meta expert for a fast-paced performance marketing team. This is a hands-on execution role where you will own the day-to-day management of substantial budgets (up to $800K/month). You will be responsible for the full campaign lifecycle—from technical setup and trafficking to granular performance analysis and creative iteration. If you are a Meta Ads Manager power user who thrives on turning data into actionable growth insights and loves the "nitty-gritty" of campaign optimization, we want to meet you.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Campaign Execution: Own hands-on execution in Meta Ads Manager, launching and managing 10–15 ads every two weeks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track daily and weekly performance across campaigns, ensuring proper tracking and attribution are in place.
  • Budget Management: Support budget pacing and allocation for monthly spends ranging from $500K to $800K, under the guidance of the internal lead.
  • Optimization & Testing: Identify performance trends to scale, pause, or iterate on campaigns while conducting basic A/B testing on audiences and formats.
  • Reporting & Insights: Pull performance data to contribute to weekly reporting, identifying winning creative themes, and providing data-backed recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with internal leads and creative teams to embed winning patterns into future workflows and support integrations with AI-driven reporting tools.


What You Bring

  • Meta Expertise: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience specifically within Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager.
  • Operational Excellence: Strong experience with campaign setup, ad trafficking, and rigorous optimization.
  • Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of core metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, CPM) and the ability to translate data into clear, written recommendations.
  • Budget Comfort: Experience managing mid-to-large scale budgets (ideally $100K+/month).
  • Technical Proficiency: High level of skill in Google Sheets / Excel and strong written communication for reporting.
  • Durable Skills: Analytical thinking, a proactive ownership mindset, and the ability to operate effectively within evolving processes.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have exposure to TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or other paid social channels.
  • You have experience working with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or automation workflows).
  • You are familiar with Looker or other custom reporting dashboards.
  • You have experience collaborating with creative teams or UGC (User-Generated Content) workflows.
