The Opportunity

We're hiring a Creator Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of creator sourcing, vetting, and program operations for a fast-growing creator marketing company that powers influencer and UGC programs at scale. In this role, you'll identify and qualify microinfluencers and UGC creators aligned with brand messaging and key personas, build sourcing pipelines across social platforms, and keep the operational engine running — from CRM and asset management to product seeding, onboarding paperwork, payments, and performance reporting — helping bring structure and repeatable workflows to a function that's scaling quickly.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Creator Sourcing & Vetting: Identify and qualify microinfluencer and UGC creators aligned with brand messaging and key personas, build sourcing pipelines across social platforms using discovery tools and manual research, and screen applications and portfolios to assess creator fit.
  • Outreach & Onboarding: Maintain a consistent outreach cadence and manage creator communication through the onboarding funnel.
  • CRM & Data Management: Own and maintain the creator CRM with accurate, up-to-date records, and tag and segment creators by program, performance tier, content type, and audience demographics.
  • Asset & Deliverables Tracking: Build and organize an asset warehouse with consistent naming conventions and metadata, and track content deliverables and usage rights across all partnerships.
  • Product Seeding & Logistics: Coordinate product seeding, including shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, content go-live, and issue resolution, and maintain inventory tracking for seeded products.
  • Contracts & Payments: Manage creator onboarding paperwork and contracts, process invoices, and maintain financial records for creator payments.
  • Operational Troubleshooting: Resolve operational issues such as lost shipments, payment delays, and content delays to ensure content goes live on time.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on key metrics (microinfluencer and UGC revenue and CAC, win rates, retention), surface optimization opportunities, and prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards for leadership.


What You Bring

  • Creator Operations Experience: 2–3 years in creator operations, influencer marketing, or partnership coordination, with hands-on experience sourcing and vetting creators on Instagram at volume.
  • CRM & Data Organization: Proven CRM management experience (Google Sheets, Asana, Airtable, or similar) with the ability to maintain clean, well-organized databases.
  • Contracts & Payments: Experience processing and facilitating contracts and payments with creators or vendors.
  • Communication & Relationship Management: Exceptional written and verbal English communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Organization & Analytics: Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple workflows at once, plus analytical ability to track creator and creative metrics (engagement rate, CAC, conversion, ROI) using Google Workspace and basic data analysis.
  • Availability: Ability to work EST hours.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have hands-on experience with creator management platforms and sourcing tools
  • You bring a background in social media content creation, community management, or content QA / basic video editing
  • You're familiar with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, attribution tracking, and affiliate or ambassador programs
  • You understand FTC disclosure requirements and influencer marketing compliance
  • You've negotiated creator rates and usage rights
  • You've supported product-based businesses or physical goods logistics
  • You have advanced Excel/Sheets skills for custom reporting and a background in sales or partnership operations
