The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join a high-growth brand and take ownership of end-to-end email campaign operations. In this role, you won't just be executing tasks; you’ll be a key driver of the lifecycle process—managing the content calendar, drafting creative briefs, and collaborating with brand and design teams to bring campaigns to life.


Operating primarily within Iterable, you will build, QA, and deploy sophisticated automated journeys and weekly campaigns designed to drive lead conversion, member engagement, and reactivation. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Campaign Operations: Build, QA, and deploy 3-4 weekly email campaigns in Iterable, focusing on audience segmentation, triggered sends, and automated journeys.
  • Calendar & Project Management: Manage the email content calendar using Jira to ensure all campaigns, briefs, and stakeholder approvals remain on schedule.
  • Creative Collaboration: Write creative briefs and partner with designers and copywriters to ensure all assets align with email marketing best practices.
  • Technical Execution: Build and edit templates using Stripo and use basic HTML to troubleshoot formatting issues within Iterable.
  • Performance Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and pull performance data to report on open rates, CTR, and conversion metrics, providing actionable recommendations for strategy.
  • Database Health: Maintain strict list hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and deliverability standards while ensuring full privacy compliance.
  • Process Growth: Assist in building new automated workflows and triggered campaigns from the ground up as the lifecycle program scales.


What You Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing, preferably within a high-growth startup environment.
  • Platform Expertise: Strong experience with Iterable (preferred) or Braze. Proficiency in HubSpot or Klaviyo will be considered if you have deep automation and journey-building experience.
  • Strategic Mindset: A deep understanding of segmentation logic, customer lifecycle stages, and triggered campaign operations.
  • Content Coordination: Proven ability to manage creative briefs and coordinate timelines across internal brand and creative teams.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with email builders (Stripo, Taxi, or Stensul) and basic HTML for template editing.
  • Data Literacy: Ability to interpret email metrics and translate data into performance-improving strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills regarding timelines, blockers, and creative feedback.
  • Logistics: Ability to work US business hours and maintain high QA standards in a fast-paced environment.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have direct experience in healthcare, wellness, or membership-based brands.
  • You are an expert-level user of Stripo and Iterable.
  • You have familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or advanced reporting workflows.
  • You have experience providing creative feedback based on engagement data.
  • You have exposure to SMS or omnichannel strategy (a future need for this role).
