The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Brand Ambassador Assistant (Amazon) to support a fast-growing consumer brand operating across Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify, and wholesale channels — owning the day-to-day operational execution that keeps product listings accurate, purchase orders processed, inventory reconciled, and performance data organized and reported. You’ll work cross-functionally to manage the full Amazon vendor workflow from PO processing and invoice submission to new item setup, listing quality updates, and fulfillment troubleshooting; this role calls for someone who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable in Excel and Vendor Central, and reliable enough to hold a high-volume operational cadence without missing a beat.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Purchase Order Management: Process Amazon purchase orders weekly, pull and update PO data into Excel templates per established workflows, submit invoices, send ship notices, and utilize True Commerce for inventory allocation and shipping logistics.
  • Listing Management & New Item Setup: Set up new items in Vendor Central — finding and completing missing data, submitting items and images, and maintaining weekly product listing quality updates; upload and edit digital assets, content, and formatting for Amazon listings as needed.
  • Inventory & Fulfillment Troubleshooting: Work with Amazon Vendor Central support to troubleshoot and resolve inventory, shipment, and fulfillment issues; complete monthly inventory close reporting and reconciliation using client-provided templates.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze eCommerce and marketing campaign data across channels on an ongoing basis; pull reports from Shopify; summarize performance metrics alongside industry benchmarks; and conduct daily priority check-ins and end-of-day reporting.
  • Wholesale & Brand Management Support: Work through POs and listings on NuOrder; assist with tactical brand management tasks including managing deals and coupons and updating site and listing content as needed.
  • SOP Development: Write and iterate on role-related SOPs to document repeatable workflows and support operational consistency as the team scales.


What You Bring

  • Amazon Vendor Central Experience: Proven hands-on experience in Amazon Vendor Central — including working with, updating, and reporting on Purchase Orders, managing product listings, and troubleshooting fulfillment and inventory issues directly within the platform.
  • Excel & Data Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel — comfortable exporting data, working with templates, using formulas, and running VLOOKUPs for inventory and reporting workflows.
  • Listing & Content Accuracy: Strong attention to detail in updating product descriptions, uploading and editing digital assets, and maintaining listing quality standards — with experience setting up new products end-to-end.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally to report on and update item availability, communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders, and keep multiple operational workflows moving in parallel.
  • Availability: Ability to work EST hours consistently.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have experience with Microsoft Teams and Outlook for internal communications.
  • You are familiar with the NuOrder wholesale platform.
  • You have knowledge of chargebacks, refund management, reporting, and optimization workflows.
  • You have some exposure to Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • You have experience with Shopify or Shopify+ for listing comparison, updates, and cross-channel management.
  • You proactively surface trends and use data to drive operational decision-making.
