The Opportunity
We're hiring a Static Graphic Designer to own the creation and execution of visual assets across paid, owned, and digital channels for a fast-growing DTC consumer health brand — designing ad sets, social content, email campaigns, display ads, and landing page assets that are modern, brand-consistent, and built to perform at volume.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Multi-Channel Asset Design: Design and create graphics and visual assets for ad sets, social media, email campaigns, display ads, landing pages, and more — producing modern, minimalist, and visually compelling work optimized for each channel and placement.

Asset Editing & Optimization: Edit and enhance existing creative assets including cropping, resizing, text overlays, and platform-specific formatting to ensure every deliverable is polished and ready to go live.

Brand Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to produce visually appealing, brand-consistent designs; apply typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles consistently across all work to maintain a cohesive visual identity.

Presentation & Document Design: Develop visually engaging presentations, internal documents, and reports that communicate clearly and reflect the brand's aesthetic across business functions.

High-Volume Production: Manage multiple active projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment — delivering high-quality assets on tight timelines without sacrificing brand consistency or attention to detail.
What You Bring

Graphic Design Experience: 3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing modern, minimalist, and professional work across digital and marketing channels.

Figma Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Figma as a primary design tool; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a strong plus.

Design Fundamentals: Strong command of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles; able to apply these consistently across a high volume of assets at speed.

Attention to Detail & Communication: Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills; comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and incorporating creative feedback quickly.

Availability: Available to work PST 9 AM – 5 PM; comfortable operating in a high-output creative environment with multiple concurrent projects.
Bonus Points if:
- You have experience with video editing or motion graphics
- You have a background designing for CPG or DTC brands
- You're familiar with project management tools like Asana or similar
- You've used AI tools for rapid prototyping and creative production
