The Opportunity
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Assistant to help optimize our conversion funnels and enhance the user journey. In this role, you will be the hands-on engine behind our experimentation roadmap, taking landing pages from template to high-converting assets.
You will work at the intersection of marketing, design, and analytics—helping set up A/B tests, monitoring user behavior via heatmaps, and maintaining a meticulous log of our wins and learnings. If you are proficient in Framer and Unbounce, and you have a passion for uncovering why users click (or don't), we want to talk to you.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Landing Page Development: Build and launch new landing pages using templates within platforms like Unbounce and Framer.

Test Execution: Assist in the technical setup and launch of A/B and multivariate tests using tools such as VWO, Google Optimize, or Optimizely.

Behavioral Analysis: Monitor user sessions and heatmaps through GA4, Hotjar, and Clarity to pinpoint friction points and conversion drop-offs.

Variant Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to develop and implement test variants, including optimized copy, layouts, and CTAs.

Experiment Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive experiment log, documenting every hypothesis, technical change, and final outcome.

Funnel Optimization: Support the continuous improvement of user journeys across paid traffic, email flows, and website funnels as you grow into the role.
What You Bring

Experience: 2+ years in a CRO, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Analytics role.

Technical Toolkit: Must have hands-on experience with Framer and web design tools like Unbounce.

Testing Expertise: Working knowledge of A/B testing platforms (VWO preferred) and behavioral analytics tools (Hotjar, GA4).

Analytical Mindset: Comfortable diving into conversion data to identify areas for improvement and making data-backed recommendations.

Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with designers and copywriters to bring experiments to life.

Precision: Strong attention to detail to ensure every test is configured correctly and every page is pixel-perfect.

Logistics: Ability to work consistently within US Time Zones.
Bonus Points if:
- You have exposure to UX best practices and conversion psychology.
- You possess basic HTML/CSS skills for light template adjustments.
- You have experience working with DTC marketing funnels.
- You are comfortable building performance dashboards in Looker Studio or Google Sheets.
- You have prior experience in CRO roadmapping or experimentation strategy.
- You have a background in conversion-focused copywriting.
