The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-velocity, execution-focused Salesforce Administrator to serve as the structural backbone for our provider enrollment and credentialing workflows. This is a "Builder" role, not a strategy role; you will be responsible for transforming messy, manual processes into clean, automated Salesforce configurations. You will build the objects, validation rules, and task-routing logic that allow our operations team to scale without falling into "Slack chaos." What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Workflow Architecture: Build and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts specifically designed to standardize data capture for provider enrollment.

Automation & Routing: Design and implement task assignment logic, including queueing, routing, and reassignment workflows to ensure no lead or provider sits idle.

Data Operations: Manage high-volume data imports and exports using CSVs and external tools (like Hex), ensuring 100% data integrity and hygiene.

Operational Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to track team productivity, backlog health, and task completion rates.

Process Optimization: Partner with stakeholders to translate operational needs into system configurations, reducing the team’s reliance on manual workarounds.

System Maintenance: Troubleshoot bugs and inefficiencies in real-time while supporting integrations with tools like Google Sheets and ticketing systems (e.g., Pylon).

SOP Documentation: Assist in documenting system processes to ensure the Salesforce environment remains scalable as the company grows.
What You Bring

Experience: 2–4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (core platform mastery).

Automation Skills: Strong experience building complex flows, validation rules, and process improvements within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Data Literacy: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for heavy data manipulation, QA checks, and structuring large datasets.

Systems Thinking: The ability to look at a manual, ambiguous process and envision a structured, automated system.

Problem-Solving: A proactive "ownership" mindset—you identify system gaps and fix them before being asked.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English; you can collaborate effectively with ops leaders to turn their needs into technical reality.

Availability: To be confirmed (Shift typically aligns with U.S. business hours).
Bonus Points if:
- You hold a Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- You have experience in Healthcare or similarly regulated environments.
- You are familiar with SQL or querying within Salesforce.
- You have used tools like Hex, Pylon, or AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) to accelerate your workflow.
