The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Product & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join a fast-growing AI-native B2B SaaS platform serving multi-location and franchise businesses — owning the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, email campaigns, AI-assisted sequences, case studies, and social content across the full GTM motion. You’ll turn customer wins, pilot results, and product messaging into polished assets that fuel outbound sales, lifecycle marketing, LinkedIn, and beyond; this role is built for a strong B2B marketing generalist who can write compelling copy from scratch, use AI to move faster without sacrificing quality, and build a more consistent, scalable marketing engine from the ground up.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Collateral & Asset Creation: Create and update customer case studies, sales collateral, and product marketing assets — turning pilot results, prototypes, and customer wins into polished slides, one-pagers, email assets, and outbound collateral.
  • Email & Lifecycle Campaigns: Draft, build, and distribute email campaigns, nurture flows, and AI-assisted outbound sequences for prospects, franchise brands, and location-level audiences — managing deployment across email, LinkedIn, website, and other relevant channels.
  • Content Repurposing: Repurpose webinars, founder insights, case studies, and sales materials into LinkedIn posts, short-form scripts, carousels, and lightweight content assets; support personal brand content for company leadership on LinkedIn.
  • Event & Campaign Support: Help prepare pre- and post-event content, conference follow-up emails, and audience-specific campaigns; coordinate with internal designers or contractors when more polished creative or video production is needed.
  • Content Library Management: Maintain an organized library of approved messaging, case studies, collateral, and reusable content blocks to support the broader GTM team.
  • AI-Powered Production: Leverage AI tools — including Claude, N8N, HubSpot automation, and similar platforms — to increase speed and quality of content drafting, summarization, repurposing, and sequence creation; build if-this-then-that automation routines and personalization workflows across channels.


What You Bring

  • B2B Marketing Experience: 2–3+ years in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, content marketing, product marketing support, or B2B marketing — with a track record of turning raw inputs into polished, usable collateral.
  • Strong Writing & Copy Skills: Ability to write clear, polished marketing copy from scratch — using AI as a research, brainstorming, or editing tool rather than a replacement for original thinking — with high standards for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and brand voice.
  • Email & Automation Proficiency: Experience building email campaigns, nurture sequences, and outbound campaign assets; comfortable working in HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • AI Tool Fluency: Demonstrated comfort using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar) for content creation, sequencing, research, and repurposing — with genuine proficiency that accelerates output rather than just surface-level familiarity.
  • Design & Organizational Skills: Basic design ability in Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides; strong attention to detail and the organizational skills to manage a library of content assets across multiple channels and campaigns.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have experience with B2B SaaS, franchise, home services, or multi-location business models.
  • You have experience creating LinkedIn content for founders or executives.
  • You have experience with case studies, sales decks, product one-pagers, or customer proof assets.
  • You have basic video scriptwriting or AI-assisted video and content creation experience.
  • You have experience supporting ABM campaigns or sales-led marketing motions.
