The Opportunity
We’re hiring an Email Marketing Production Specialist (Klaviyo) to join a premium consumer brand operating in the travel and membership space — serving as the hands-on production engine behind a high-volume email program that spans loyalty campaigns, route launches, flash sales, and operational communications. You’ll work embedded within the marketing team to build, QA, and deploy multiple campaigns per week inside Klaviyo, translating creative briefs into pixel-perfect executions across desktop, mobile, and every major email client; your precision and ownership will free up strategic team members to focus on planning and optimization while you hold the production line to the highest standard.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Campaign Build & Deployment: Build, configure, QA, and deploy email campaigns directly within Klaviyo based on campaign briefs, business requirements, and established brand guidelines — executing multiple sends per week across loyalty members, non-members, promotional campaigns, route launches, flash sales, and operational communications.

Dynamic Content & Personalization: Build dynamic content experiences using segmentation, conditional content blocks, personalization tokens, and audience-specific messaging to ensure relevance and engagement across customer segments.

Quality Assurance: Perform comprehensive QA on every deployment — covering rendering across devices and email clients, link integrity, dynamic content logic, personalization accuracy, audience selection, and campaign settings — and proactively flag execution risks or blockers before launch.

Brief Translation: Interpret marketing briefs and messaging priorities and convert them into well-structured, brand-consistent email layouts that meet pixel-perfect standards; assist with copy recommendations and message hierarchy implementation using approved campaign direction.

Template & Component Management: Maintain and update reusable email templates and modular components within Klaviyo to improve production efficiency and consistency across campaigns.

Segmentation & List Support: Support list segmentation, audience setup, and deployment logistics as directed by the marketing team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Email Analyst and Marketing leadership team, participate in recurring team meetings, and collaborate cross-functionally to support seamless campaign execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What You Bring

Klaviyo Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience executing email marketing campaigns within Klaviyo or a comparable ESP, with deep knowledge of campaign setup, segmentation, dynamic content, personalization, testing, deployment, and QA workflows.

Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of HTML for email development and troubleshooting, paired with a strong understanding of email rendering best practices across devices and email clients.

High-Volume Production Experience: Proven ability to support high-volume email programs with multiple campaigns launching weekly, managing competing deadlines with strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset.

Attention to Detail & Ownership: Exceptional ability to catch visual, formatting, messaging, and configuration issues before launch — with a high sense of accountability, proactive communication around risks, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written English communication skills; comfortable working US business hours and partnering closely with US-based stakeholders in a fast-changing, cross-functional environment.
Bonus Points if:
- You have experience supporting loyalty, rewards, or membership-based marketing programs.
- You have familiarity with airline, travel, hospitality, or premium consumer brand environments.
- You have agency experience supporting multiple campaigns, stakeholders, or clients simultaneously.
- You have experience building modular email design systems and reusable templates within Klaviyo.
- You have familiarity with CRM reporting and email performance analysis.
- You have experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to accelerate email production workflows.
