The Opportunity

We are looking for a meticulous, data-driven Paid Social Specialist to serve as the operational force behind our high-scale advertising initiatives. In this role, you will take hands-on ownership of building, launching, and QA’ing complex media campaigns primarily within Meta Ads Manager, while scaling out secondary channels like TikTok.


This position is ideal for an analytical marketer who thrives in high-spend environments ($1M+/month) and loves the technical "engine room" of digital advertising—managing campaign duplication, precise audience setup, creative testing frameworks, and pristine tracking implementation. If you have sharp pattern-recognition skills, a strong operational discipline, and the ability to turn raw performance metrics into tactical optimizations, we want you on our team.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Campaign Launch & QA: Build, configure, and launch paid social campaigns within Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), executing strict quality assurance checks prior to live deployment.
  • High-Volume Workflows: Manage ad creation pipelines, including campaign duplication, budget pacing, creative uploads, strict naming conventions, and tracking implementation.
  • Performance Analysis & Monitoring: Continuously monitor critical account health metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPM, CTR, and frequency) across high-spend environments, proactively flagging anomalies or performance shifts to leadership.
  • Multi-Channel Support: Assist with campaign setup, ad trafficking, and performance reporting within TikTok Ads and provide light support for Google Ads workflows as needed.
  • Experimentation & A/B Testing: Support creative and audience testing frameworks by organizing variables, maintaining test documentation, and reporting on directional results.
  • Data Organization: Pull, clean, and structure campaign performance reports using Google Sheets/Excel to deliver clear summaries and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Conduct routine competitor ad research and track industry trends to pitch fresh creative testing ideas and emerging best practices.


What You Bring

  • Experience: 2–4+ years of hands-on paid social experience, with a heavy emphasis on executing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager.
  • Scale & Spend: Prior experience working on high-spend accounts, ideally in environments managing $1M+ in monthly ad spend.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong pattern recognition and analytical skills; you can look at a data set and confidently make tactical optimization recommendations.
  • Operational Discipline: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to execute repetitive, high-volume campaign-building tasks perfectly without dropping threads.
  • Startup Adaptability: Highly organized and self-motivated; you remain calm, responsive, and accountable inside fast-moving, ambiguous growth environments.
  • Communication: Flawless written and verbal English communication skills, especially when translating campaign updates into clear executive summaries.
  • Spreadsheet Proficiency: Strong capabilities within Google Sheets or Excel for reporting, data aggregation, and pivot table organization.


Bonus Points if:

  • You possess direct experience navigating TikTok Ads Manager.
  • You have exposure to Google Ads, Google Analytics, or visual reporting dashboards like Looker Studio.
  • You have a background supporting media agencies or simultaneously managing multiple complex brand workflows.
  • You have a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce growth metrics.
  • You are highly familiar with Slack and modern remote collaboration tools.
