What Your Day-to-Day Will Most Likely Look Like

As a CRM Specialist, you are the architect of the company's internal workflows. You will:

  • System Architecture: Build and maintain complex workflows, pipelines, and automated triggers within Hubspot, Salesforce, Monday.com, or Airtable.
  • Data Integrity: Act as the guardian of the database—performing regular audits, deduplicating records, and ensuring all data entry follows established naming conventions.
  • Lead & Project Management: Configure lead scoring, deal stages, and project tracking boards to ensure sales and marketing teams have a clear view of their funnel.
  • Integration Management: Connect the CRM to other tools in the tech stack (e.g., Slack, Email, Zapier, or specialized apps) to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Create custom reports and dashboards that provide leadership with real-time insights into team performance and business health.
  • SOP Documentation: Draft clear "How-To" guides and SOPs to ensure team members are using the CRM correctly and consistently.


What You Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM administration or operations.
  • The Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in at least two of the following: Hubspot, Salesforce, Monday.com, or Airtable.
  • Automation Mindset: You don't just do things manually; you look for ways to automate repetitive tasks using native tools or third-party integrators (like Zapier).
  • Attention to Detail: You have a high bar for data hygiene and a "zero-error" approach to systems building.
  • Analytical Thinking: The ability to translate business requirements into technical workflows and reporting structures.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and train internal teams.

  • Step 1 Sourcing Call Screening: Our sourcing team reviews your experience to see how your unique skills align with our high-growth roles.
  • Step 2 Recruiter Interview: If we believe we have a great client match, we’ll reach out to schedule a human-to-human chat to discuss your career goals, experience, and what makes you tick.
  • Step 3 Online Assessment: This is your chance to shine! You’ll complete a role-specific test, a personality assessment, and your official GA Profile Form so we can represent you.
  • Step 4 Match Interview: You’ll meet with one of our Senior Leaders for a deep-dive validation to ensure we’re matching you with the right opportunity. This is your moment to bring your A-game and really shine - it’s the final step for many of our roles! 


Depending on the client, there are sometimes 2 additional steps: 

  • Step 5 15-min Prep Call: We’ve got your back. Before the final round, your Recruiter will hop on a quick call to coach you, share insider tips, and ensure you’re 100% ready.
  • Step 6 Client Interview: You’ll meet the client to discuss how you’ll help them scale and succeed. Bring your metrics and be on your A-game - this is your last chance to make a great first impression!
