The Opportunity

Level up your media buying career as a Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads & App Growth)! We’re looking for a high-performing professional to execute and manage high-volume campaigns for a fast-growing, U.S.-based Fintech mobile app. In this role, you will be the "eyes on the ball," managing daily executions in Ads Manager, monitoring million-dollar budgets, and ensuring every dollar is spent efficiently to drive app installs and conversions.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Campaign Execution: Manage day-to-day execution in Meta Ads Manager, specifically focusing on app install and conversion-optimized campaigns.
• Rapid Ad Rotation: Upload ads, rotate creatives, and update copy quickly to align with real-time cultural events (e.g., Oscars, March Madness).
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs daily (and hourly) to spot pacing issues, ad fatigue, or anomalies before they impact ROI.
• Data Reporting: Monitor and report on key metrics, including Cost per Checkout, ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
• Account Hygiene: Maintain strict QA protocols to prevent costly execution errors in a high-stakes, high-spend environment.
• Micro-Optimizations: Collaborate with the internal strategy lead to execute data-driven optimizations and improve account scale.
• Cross-Functional Syncs: Join daily team syncs to review priorities and deliver actionable performance insights.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta media buying or paid social execution.
• App Growth Expertise: Proven experience driving results for app installs, mobile gaming, or subscription-based apps.
• Technical Mastery: Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and the ability to interpret complex performance data.
• Low-Error Mindset: High attention to detail with a "zero-mistake" working style in high-spend environments.
• Communication: Excellent English skills for summarizing findings and delivering insights to stakeholders.
• Availability: Ability to work full U.S. Eastern Time (EST) aligned hours for daily collaboration.

Bonus Points if:

• You have experience with $1M+ daily spend environments.
• You have a background in the Fintech or Financial Services industry.
• You are familiar with AI tools for reporting and workflow automation.
• You have experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer or Adjust.

Salary Range: $6 - $7.50/hour (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)
