The Opportunity
We're hiring an AI Native Designer: Product Marketing + Social Trends Assets to design and publish high-quality templates inside the template gallery of a leading generative AI creative platform, working across two distinct lanes — trend-driven social looks (character transforms, art style transfers, stylized moments people want to remix and post) and product/marketing scenes (products staged in settings, in-context hero shots that marketing teams can drop their own products into) — all built on a node-based Flows canvas. You'll act as the taste filter for the gallery, scanning social platforms, trending formats, and visual libraries daily to translate what's about to take off into reusable templates before it peaks, while also building product-placement scenes that a non-designer marketer can run and get a clean, polished, on-brand result from. You'll tune prompts, models, and settings across both lanes so outputs land cleanly — product likeness stays believable, trend looks stay fresh — and curate, refine, and cut until every template looks intentional and premium, never generic AI "slop."
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Trend Templates: Build fun, shareable, trend-driven templates — character transforms, art style transfers, and stylized looks people want to remix and post.

Trend Scouting: Scan social platforms, trending formats, and visual libraries daily to spot what's about to take off and translate it into reusable templates before it peaks.

Product Scenes: Build product-placement and lifestyle scenes — products staged in settings, in-context hero shots — that marketing teams can drop their own products into.

Marketer-Ready Templates: Create templates a non-designer marketer can run and still get a clean, polished, on-brand result.

Prompt & Model Tuning: Tune prompts, models, and settings across both lanes so outputs land cleanly — product likeness stays believable, trend looks stay fresh.

Taste & Quality Filter: Curate, refine, and cut until every template looks intentional and premium, never generic AI "slop."
What You Bring

Design Eye: A strong sense of visual hierarchy, composition, color, and type — plus an understanding of how marketing creative works and what makes something feel desirable versus cheap.

Generative AI Fluency: Hands-on experience with generative AI image and video tools and node-based or canvas workflows (Flora, ComfyUI, Midjourney, Runway, and similar).

Dual-Portfolio Proof: A portfolio that shows both trend-aware social work with a clear point of view AND product or commercial work — no generic AI output.

Template Thinking: The ability to build repeatable systems others can run, not just one-off images.

Self-Direction: Comfort ideating independently and finding the idea, not just executing a brief.

Schedule: Ability to work EST hours.
Bonus Points if:
- You have an active personal practice creating and sharing AI or social content.
- You keep a pulse on short-form trends across TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
- You have experience with product photography, e-commerce, or brand and marketing design.
- You're familiar with AI product-shot workflows — background swaps, staging, compositing.
- You have basic post-production or editing skills.
