The Opportunity
Join GrowthAssistant as an Affiliate Manager supporting an established fashion and fragrance brand! Our client has a successful "set it and forget it" affiliate program that is ready to be taken to the next level. As they launch a new genderless fragrance line targeting the 25-40 demographic, they need a dedicated manager to drive growth, manage high-touch relationships, and oversee complex commission structures.
This role is ideal for a KPI-driven professional who understands the mechanics of affiliate platforms and thrives on turning dormant partnerships into revenue-generating engines. Enjoy the stability of a permanent work-from-home setup while working directly with a trend-setting U.S. brand.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Sourcing & Onboarding: Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new publishers to the platform to meet and exceed affiliate count targets.

Affiliate Activation: Re-engage dormant affiliates and implement strategies to drive sales from existing partners with low revenue output.

Campaign Management: Lead the setup for new product flows (including the upcoming fragrance launch), configure commission structures, and distribute product assets.

Performance Monitoring: Track and report on program health against core targets, including total revenue, active affiliate percentages, and conversion rates.

Strategic Communication: Manage ongoing relationships with affiliates regarding commissions and new opportunities; provide weekly performance slides for internal media team reviews.

Fragrance Launch Execution: Manage unique sample-based incentive structures and flat-rate affiliate compensation models for new product lines.
What You Bring

Platform Expertise: Proven experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact Radius, Rakuten, CJ (Commission Junction), or ShareASale. You must know how to configure commissions and onboard partners.

KPI-Driven Mindset: Experience managing toward specific performance targets (revenue, affiliate counts, and activation rates).

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills to collaborate with U.S. teams and external partners.

Availability: Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours.

Location: Strongly preferred: LATAM and PH applicants.
Bonus Points if:
- You have experience in the Fashion, Beauty, or Fragrance industries.
- You have managed subscription or sampling-based affiliate campaigns.
- You have knowledge of top-performing publishers or "power affiliates" in the digital space.

You have experience with TikTok Shop or cross-platform affiliate management.
