What Your Day-to-Day Will Most Likely Look Like
As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the technical integrity and execution of multi-channel journeys. You will:

Campaign Architecture: Set up and launch sophisticated campaigns in Braze (or similar platforms), including HTML builds, asset management, and complex audience segmentation.

Hands-on Execution: Manage the daily operations of email marketing campaigns with a focus on high-volume, high-accuracy deployment.

Rigorous QA: Perform technical testing on all campaigns before launch, ensuring tracking links are flawless and rendering is consistent across all devices and browsers.

Multi-Channel Support: Provide ad-hoc support for push notifications, in-app messaging, and other lifecycle touchpoints.

Compliance & Governance: Ensure all legal disclosures are accurate and fully aligned with client and industry compliance standards.
What You Bring

Platform Expertise: Proven experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle, or similar enterprise-level ESPs.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML/CSS and Liquid (for Shopify or Braze) is essential for building and editing dynamic email content.

Project Management: Comfort using ClickUp or similar tools to manage campaign timelines and deliverables.

Attention to Detail: A strong analytical mindset with a "zero-error" approach to audience targeting and segmentation.

US Market Alignment: Ability to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone to support our US-based partners.

Step 5 15-min Prep Call: We’ve got your back. Before the final round, your Recruiter will hop on a quick call to coach you, share insider tips, and ensure you’re 100% ready.

Step 6 Client Interview: You’ll meet the client to discuss how you’ll help them scale and succeed. Bring your metrics and be on your A-game - this is your last chance to make a great first impression!
