Who We Are

GrowthAssistant connects top marketing and operations talent with fast-growing companies that depend on great execution to scale. Founded in 2021 and named by Forbes as one of the best startups to work at, we’re a permanently remote team that runs on integrity, proactive candor, and a bias toward action — and we prioritize the human experience in everything we do. We hire for skill and for heart, and we invest in our people for the long haul.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Marketing Program Manager to join a fast-growing digital agency serving B2B software and SaaS clients across the mid-market and enterprise segments — owning delivery end-to-end across a portfolio of client accounts while serving as the trusted point of contact between clients and a 5-person specialist team spanning SEO, content, CRO, and marketing operations. You’ll translate vague client asks into executable briefs and well-structured tickets, manage sprints and dependencies across concurrent workstreams, QA marketing deliverables against the full tech stack, and keep the work five steps ahead of what the client is asking for — this is a role for someone who owns outcomes, not just tasks, and brings the discipline, technical fluency, and client presence to hold a complex delivery queue together under real pressure.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Client Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple B2B SaaS and software client accounts simultaneously — managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining a proactive communication cadence that keeps clients informed and confident without waiting to be asked.
  • Project & Sprint Management: Own the full delivery workflow across accounts — building and managing sprints, backlogs, and dependencies in a modern PM tool (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar) at a level that goes well beyond basic task lists.
  • Brief & Ticket Writing: Translate ambiguous client requests into clear, well-scoped tickets that a specialist can pick up and execute without follow-up — including scope, estimate, dependencies, and acceptance criteria as standard.
  • Specialist Team Coordination: Manage and unblock a 5-person specialist team across SEO, content, CRO, and marketing ops — keeping workstreams moving, resolving blockers before they escalate, and ensuring delivery quality across every client account.
  • Tech Stack QA & Handoffs: QA marketing deliverables across the full client tech stack including Webflow, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, Hotjar, and GTM; prepare clean handoffs of SEO specs and CRO wireframes to development teams without requiring developer interpretation.
  • Client-Facing Communication & Escalation Handling: Hold timelines and scope with confidence when clients push back — communicating with clarity and ownership rather than passive deference, and escalating internally only when genuinely necessary.

What You Bring

  • Agency PM Experience: 5–7 years as a Marketing Program Manager, Account Manager, or Digital Strategist in a fast-paced agency or consulting environment with 75+ employees — boutique-only backgrounds are unlikely to meet the bar for this role.
  • B2B SaaS & Tech Client Track Record: Proven experience managing multiple B2B software and SaaS client accounts simultaneously at the mid-market or enterprise level — candidates whose agency background is primarily SMB or eCommerce are not a fit for this role.
  • Marketing Tech Stack Fluency: Hands-on working knowledge of Webflow (CMS), HubSpot/Marketo/Salesforce (CRM and automation), and GA4/Hotjar/GTM (analytics) — fluent enough to QA deliverables and flag issues without relying on a specialist.
  • Expert-Level Project Management: Expert-level proficiency in a modern PM tool (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Jira, or Teamwork) at the level of sprints, dependencies, and backlogs — not just task lists — with strong ticket-writing discipline including scope, estimates, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
  • Web Design & Dev Lifecycle Familiarity: Sufficient understanding of the web design and development lifecycle to hand off marketing recommendations — SEO specs, CRO wireframes, and similar deliverables — to a development team cleanly and without ambiguity.
  • Ownership & Communication: A demonstrated pattern of individual ownership over outcomes — proactive communication, clear accountability, and the ability to work EST hours from the Philippines or LATAM.

Bonus Points if:

  • You hold a PMP or equivalent certification, or have clear agile/scrum fluency including Gantt charts and dependency mapping.
  • You have been formally measured on NPS or client satisfaction scores with US-based mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • You have a Scrum Master background or have formally led or coordinated a specialist team rather than managing only your own accounts.
  • You have a technology background or experience managing development teams, with an understanding of lean-team and board or CMO-level pressure.
