The Opportunity

We're hiring an Inside Sales & Revenue Operations Specialist to join a fast-growing franchise technology platform serving multi-location brands and operators. In this role, you'll own the activation side of our revenue motion — calling and following up with franchisees and locations that have already signed on, driving them through each onboarding step, scheduling setup calls, reinforcing our value proposition, and ensuring billing and activation are fully completed. You'll thrive here if you're persistent and organized, genuinely comfortable picking up the phone, and energized by managing many contacts across different activation stages at once — all within a fast-moving startup where you'll also help build the repeatable processes and SOPs that will scale the function.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Franchise Outreach & Follow-Up: Call franchisees and individual locations to follow up on setup steps, page approvals, pricing decisions, and any outstanding onboarding requirements.
  • Onboarding Scheduling: Coordinate and book setup calls and kickoff meetings with franchise owners and location operators to keep activations moving forward.
  • Value Reinforcement: Reinforce the company's value proposition during follow-up conversations, handle basic product questions, and keep locations engaged throughout the activation process.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Track each location's activation status, next steps, call outcomes, and follow-up reminders in HubSpot, keeping records clean and current at all times.
  • Billing Follow-Up: Manage billing-related outreach, including guiding locations through Stripe setup and payment steps to unblock revenue activation.
  • Stakeholder Updates & Prioritization: Keep internal teams informed on activation progress and blockers, and coordinate with customer success and GTM leadership to prioritize high-value or time-sensitive location activations.
  • Process Documentation: Help build and maintain repeatable workflows and SOPs as the activation function scales.


What You Bring

  • Inside Sales or RevOps Background: 2–3+ years in inside sales, SDR/BDR, customer onboarding, implementations, sales operations, or revenue operations.
  • Phone & Outreach Confidence: Proven comfort making outbound calls and following up consistently with business owners or operators until the job is done.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English with the ability to draft clear, professional outreach and keep internal stakeholders well informed.
  • CRM & Pipeline Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM, managing pipeline-style workflows across many contacts at different activation stages.
  • Detail & Follow-Through: Highly organized with strong attention to detail — able to keep notes clean, prioritize effectively, and operate with high ownership in a startup environment where processes are still evolving.


Bonus Points if:

  • You've worked with franchise, multi-location, home services, SMB, or B2B SaaS companies
  • You have experience with Stripe billing workflows
  • You've supported customer implementation, onboarding, or activation programs
  • You're familiar with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other sales engagement tools
  • You have experience helping build or document SOPs for repeatable sales or customer success processes
