The Opportunity

We’re hiring a UGC Creator Campaign Coordinator to join a venture-backed consumer app in the sports and prediction markets space and help build their creator marketing function from the ground up — sourcing and managing micro-creators across TikTok and Instagram Reels, coordinating UGC campaigns, tracking performance, and partnering closely with leadership to translate product launch goals into creator-led content that resonates with sports fans.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Creator Sourcing & Prospecting: Research and identify micro-creators and UGC creators on TikTok and Instagram who align with the target audience, and maintain organized prospect lists capturing contact details, niche, follower count, content style, engagement, and fit notes.
  • Outreach & Communication: Conduct creator outreach via DM, email, or other channels using approved messaging templates, and manage all creator communication including timelines, deliverables, content guidelines, and follow-ups.
  • Campaign Coordination & Tracking: Support the execution of UGC campaigns focused on TikTok and Instagram Reels, tracking creator progress, content submissions, posting status, and campaign performance in spreadsheets or project management tools.
  • Content Review & Creative Feedback: Review creator content for brand alignment, clarity, accuracy, tone, and audience fit — then provide actionable feedback to improve hooks, messaging, structure, and overall content quality.
  • Trend & Niche Research: Stay on top of short-form content trends, formats, hooks, and angles within sports, sports betting, prediction markets, and adjacent creator niches to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
  • Campaign Documentation & Iteration: Document learnings from each campaign to continuously improve future creator briefs, outreach strategies, and content direction — supporting testing and iteration through the beta period in preparation for a larger product launch.


What You Bring

  • Relevant Marketing Operations Experience: 2+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, UGC coordination, social media coordination, or a similar marketing operations role, with hands-on experience sourcing creators on TikTok and/or Instagram.
  • Short-Form Video Fluency: A strong understanding of short-form video content — including hooks, trends, pacing, and creator-led storytelling — and comfort reviewing and providing feedback on UGC deliverables.
  • Operational Rigor: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage creator outreach, follow-ups, content submissions, and campaign trackers across many moving pieces simultaneously.
  • Clear Written Communication: Excellent written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone — paired with high attention to detail when reviewing content and tracking campaign status.
  • Startup-Ready Mindset: Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where processes are still evolving — able to follow direction while also bringing thoughtful recommendations to the table.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have a personal interest in sports, sports betting, fantasy sports, prediction markets, or sports media.
  • You have experience working with micro-creators or smaller creators under 3,000–5,000 followers.
  • You’ve supported early-stage product launches, beta launches, or app marketing campaigns.
  • You have experience working with male 18–35 consumer audiences or background in fintech, gaming, sports, betting, or consumer apps.
  • You’re interested in growing into a more strategic creator marketing or growth role over time.
