The Opportunity

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to join a B2B SaaS platform scaling its paid acquisition engine, and take full ownership of ad performance and conversion rate optimization across the funnel. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role — you won't be executing a predetermined playbook, but proactively researching, testing, and driving the strategy — managing a paid media budget that starts at $12k–$15k/month and scales to $35k+, serving as the connective tissue between data, creative partners, and leadership to move the needle on pipeline and ROAS.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Paid Media Ownership: Actively manage and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn (primary focus, driving traffic to case study PDFs and lead forms), Google (PMax), and Meta (Advantage+), scaling budget and performance over time.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Monitor full-funnel performance, review landing page data and screen recordings, and surface proactive recommendations for where to pivot, A/B test, or brief new creative.
  • Creative Project Management: Act as the project manager for all ad assets — coordinating with external creative agencies and internal stakeholders to brief, gather, and implement new video VSLs and ad copy on deadline.
  • Technical Setup & Tracking: Independently build and launch campaigns with flawless instrumentation, including UTM setup and Salesforce campaign tagging, ensuring attribution is clean and reliable.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking ROAS and attribution, presenting actionable insights to leadership — outcomes and recommendations, not vanity metrics.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate proactively and consistently with internal teams via Slack, email, and video calls, keeping leadership and partners aligned on testing roadmaps and performance.


What You Bring

  • Senior-Level Paid Media Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads as a primary channel, alongside proven proficiency in Google Ads (PMax) and Meta Ads (Advantage+) — you operate with high autonomy and strategic instinct, not daily hand-holding.
  • Strong CRO Background: Proven ability to analyze landing page data and user behavior, translating findings into creative or structural recommendations that move conversion rates.
  • Marketing Ops & Attribution Fluency: Hands-on experience with complex UTM tracking setups and CRM attribution, specifically within Salesforce.
  • Cross-Functional Project Management: Demonstrated ability to wrangle deliverables from cross-functional teams and external agencies, keeping creative production and campaign launches on schedule.
  • Communication & US-Market Experience: Fluent written and verbal English, a proactive daily communication style, and a proven track record supporting US-based clients while working US Eastern hours.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have experience working inside Notion for documenting campaign strategies and KPIs.
  • You have background in B2B SaaS, HR tech, fintech, or insurance and benefits verticals.
