The Opportunity
GrowthAssistant is looking for a Technical Support Assistant (B2B / SaaS) to support a leading hotel technology company in the U.S. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality technical service in every interaction. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-known B2B brand while continuously sharpening your technical troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Multichannel Technical Support: Provide timely assistance to customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring the team hits critical response time goals.

Knowledge Management: Reference the internal Knowledge Base and technical resources to provide accurate, high-quality solutions to user inquiries.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate via Slack with Engineering and Product teams to investigate and resolve complex software issues.

Escalation Management: Follow established protocols to escalate high-tier technical inquiries to the appropriate internal stakeholders.

Process Adherence: Utilize defined SOPs to maintain consistency in troubleshooting and customer communication.
What You Bring

Ticketing Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Zendesk or a similar ticketing platform (Zendesk is strongly preferred).

Industry Experience: A proven track record of providing technical support within a SaaS or B2B software company.

Communication Skills: The ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly instructions.

Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to troubleshooting and a keen eye for software-related issues.

Team Mindset: A desire to learn, grow, and take on more responsibilities as you become a subject matter expert.
Bonus Points if:
- You have advanced technical skills (understanding of APIs, integrations, or basic web technologies).
- You have prior experience in the hospitality or hotel technology industry.
- You are comfortable managing a high volume of technical tickets with minimal supervision.
Salary Range: $4-$5/hour (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)
