The Opportunity

Level up your lifecycle marketing career as an Email Marketing Specialist (CRM & QA Focus)! We’re looking for a detail-obsessed professional to support high-impact campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels. In this role, you will be the ultimate "quality gatekeeper," ensuring every campaign is flawless, every link is functional, and every audience segment is perfectly targeted.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Campaign QA & Execution: Conduct rigorous end-to-end QA on email templates, flows, popups, and SMS. You will validate all technical setups (triggers, audience targeting, deliverability) and branding consistency before any campaign goes live.
  • Campaign Operations: Prepare, schedule, and deploy multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app) using advanced ESP tools.
  • Project Management: Maintain meticulous campaign documentation in JIRA, Notion, or ClickUp. You will track campaign progress, flag SLA risks, and join daily syncs to review priorities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current workflows and continuously refine QA checklists to eliminate recurring errors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear reporting and status updates on all QA stages to ensure stakeholders are informed of deployment readiness.


What You Bring

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience with an ESP (Email Service Provider) platform.
  • Specialized QA Skills: 1+ year of CRM QA experience—specifically in double-checking targeting, links, and rendering.
  • Technical Basics: Functional knowledge of HTML and basic Google Sheets skills for data validation.
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience with JIRA (or similar ticketing systems) and project management tools like Notion or Confluence.
  • The "QA Mindset": You are a process-driven individual who naturally triple-checks everything and thrives in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Communication: Strong written and spoken English skills to proactively flag issues and collaborate with global stakeholders.
  • Availability: Ability to work U.S. Business Hours.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have specialized experience with Braze.
  • You have worked with app-centric or mobile-first products.
  • You possess basic SQL knowledge for data segment validation.
  • You have experience with Litmus, Email on Acid, or similar rendering tools.


Salary Range: $6 - $7.50/hour (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)
