What Your Day-to-Day Will Most Likely Look Like
As a Creative Strategist, you are the primary driver of performance creative. You will:

Direct Response Copy & Briefing: Write high-converting copy and develop comprehensive creative briefs for ads, landing pages, and shoots.

Performance Analysis: Track creative performance in Meta Ads Manager and use data to pivot your strategy—identifying winning angles, personas, and formats.

Creator Management: Ship briefs to content creators via marketplaces, managing the end-to-end logistics of product shipping, briefing, and content review.

Client Leadership: Prepare and present weekly creative updates to clients, articulating the "why" behind your strategy and how it meets brand objectives.

AI-Powered Production: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Veo) to generate content, and use Figma or Canva to mock up ad concepts and organic content.

Creative Mentorship: Support a team of designers and marketers, providing feedback to ensure every asset is brand-consistent and optimized for performance.

Scriptwriting: Write detailed scripts for remote content creators and UGC "Hook" shoots.
What You Bring

Professional Pedigree: 3+ years of experience as a Creative Director or similar role in performance marketing.

Strategic Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills; you must be able to champion a brand's voice and articulate strategy to stakeholders.

Analytical Depth: Strong ability to interpret platform data and transform raw insights into actionable creative testing roadmaps.

Operational Agility: Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

AI Proficiency: Comfortable using Generative AI tools to scale creative output and ideation.

Step 4 Match Interview: You’ll meet with one of our Senior Leaders for a deep-dive validation to ensure we’re matching you with the right opportunity. This is your moment to bring your A-game and really shine - it’s the final step for many of our roles!
Depending on the client, there are sometimes 2 additional steps:

Step 5 15-min Prep Call: We’ve got your back. Before the final round, your Recruiter will hop on a quick call to coach you, share insider tips, and ensure you’re 100% ready.

Step 6 Client Interview: You’ll meet the client to discuss how you’ll help them scale and succeed. Bring your metrics and be on your A-game - this is your last chance to make a great first impression!
