The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Support Assistant (B2B Wholesale) to support our sales and operations team. This role serves as a key support function for our wholesale business by managing customer communication, order coordination, account follow-up, and day-to-day operational tasks.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, comfortable working across multiple systems, and enjoys supporting both internal teams and external wholesale partners. You'll work closely with sales reps, warehouse operations, and customer accounts to ensure orders move smoothly from placement through delivery.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Inbound Support: Respond to inbound emails and support requests from wholesale accounts and sales representatives, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
  • Order Management: Assist with order management within NetSuite and NuORDER, including shipping updates, cancellations, adjustments, and tracking support on existing orders.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to help ensure timely order fulfillment and quickly resolve issues as they arise.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Monitor order flow and proactively communicate delays, inventory issues, or shipment updates to accounts and internal stakeholders.
  • Account Follow-Up: Follow up with accounts on past-due invoices and payment status to help the team maintain healthy receivables.
  • Lead Routing: Forward inbound wholesale leads and opportunities to the appropriate territory sales representative for follow-up.
  • Account Setup & Records: Support account setup and maintenance for new and existing wholesale customers, and help keep customer, order, and shipping records accurate across systems.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as the business grows.


What You Bring

  • Organizational Discipline: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing accuracy.
  • Communication & Customer Mindset: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service orientation and a problem-solving approach to partner and internal requests.
  • Tool Proficiency: Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, with hands-on experience using ERP or order management systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across sales, operations, and warehouse teams to keep orders moving from placement through delivery.
  • Ownership & Adaptability: Proactive, takes ownership, follows through, and brings a positive willingness to jump in where needed as the business grows.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have experience with wholesale/B2B platforms such as NuORDER.
  • You have a background in wholesale, customer support, sales operations, or e-commerce operations.
  • You're familiar with shipping, fulfillment, or inventory processes.
  • You've supported B2B customers or sales reps in a previous role.


Salary Range: $6.00 - $8.00/hour (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)
