The Opportunity

Are you an email marketer who loves building campaigns from the ground up—coding, QA’ing, and ensuring everything runs flawlessly? We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketer (Email, In-App & Push) who thrives in execution and understands the technical side of CRM marketing. This is a hands-on role where you will play a critical part in ensuring campaigns are accurate, compliant, and high-performing across multiple digital touchpoints. If you are detail-obsessed and enjoy the technical "how" behind the "what," this role is for you.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Campaign Build & Execution: Create and launch high-impact campaigns in Braze (or similar platforms). You will build and edit emails using HTML/CSS and Liquid while setting up complex audience segmentation and targeting logic.
  • QA & Testing Excellence: Perform rigorous end-to-end QA before every launch, including link validation, rendering checks, tracking verification, and logic testing to ensure cross-device compatibility.
  • Multi-Channel Support: Manage the day-to-day execution of push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS campaigns alongside traditional email marketing.
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all campaigns meet strict compliance and disclosure requirements while maintaining high standards for branding and user experience.
  • Operational Management: Manage your daily tasks and campaign workflows using ClickUp to ensure no detail is overlooked.


What You Bring

  • Platform Expertise: Proven experience with Braze (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle, or similar enterprise-level ESPs.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS and Liquid (for Shopify or Braze personalization).
  • Operational Rigor: Exceptional attention to detail and a "safety-first" mindset when it comes to QA and troubleshooting.
  • Analytical Mindset: A basic understanding of audience segmentation and the ability to interpret targeting logic.
  • Reliability: Ability to work fixed EST business hours and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have direct experience with push and in-app messaging campaigns.
  • You have been exposed to broader multi-channel lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • You have experience with A/B testing initiatives and providing performance insights.

Depending on the client, there are sometimes 2 additional steps:

  • Step 5 | 15-min Prep Call: We’ve got your back. Before the final round, your Recruiter will hop on a quick call to coach you, share insider tips, and ensure you’re 100% ready.
  • Step 6 | Client Interview: You’ll meet the client to discuss how you’ll help them scale and succeed. Bring your metrics and be on your A-game - this is your last chance to make a great first impression!
