The Opportunity
We're hiring an CRM & Lifecycle Marketer to own lifecycle and retention messaging for a fast-growing multi-location car wash membership brand scaling subscription MRR across the US — building segmentation frameworks, executing behavior-triggered campaigns, and running a disciplined holdout-based testing program across email and SMS to protect and grow membership revenue.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Segmentation & Targeting: Build and maintain segmentation frameworks using behavioral and transactional signals; manage price-increase cohorts, non-full-price exclusion audiences, and lookalike and suppression segments.

Lifecycle Messaging: Own onboarding, cancel-save/downsell, win-back, and pre-dunning flows; execute behavior-triggered messaging tied to visit frequency, decline events, and lapse signals.

Offer Execution: Execute membership-vs-pay-per-wash offer comms defined by Marketing leadership; coordinate promo setup with Ops and POS; run pricing-reversion checks at each promo end.

Testing & Measurement: Run A/B and multivariate testing programs with 80/20 holdouts; measure incremental lift, retention rates, and revenue-per-send to continuously refine campaign performance.

Automation & Tooling: Build and QA complex automated flows in Rinsed or a comparable platform; leverage connected data sources — including Looker, Snowflake, and Twilio — for analysis and execution; apply AI tools where appropriate for segmentation, copy, and reporting.

Copy & Creative: Write clear, on-brand email and SMS copy that drives member action; maintain messaging consistency across all lifecycle touchpoints and collaborate with Paid and Creative teammates on promotional comms.
What You Bring

Lifecycle Strategy: Proven experience designing and executing onboarding, cancel-save, win-back, and pre-dunning journeys with a focus on protecting and growing subscription MRR end to end.

Segmentation & Personalization: Hands-on experience building behavioral and transactional audiences; comfortable managing suppression logic, price-increase cohorts, and exclusion audiences at scale.

Experimentation: Disciplined approach to A/B and holdout-based testing; reads incrementality and retention lift rather than vanity metrics to measure true campaign impact.

Platform Depth: Deep working knowledge of Rinsed, Braze, Klaviyo, or a comparable marketing automation platform; able to build and QA complex automated flows independently.

Copy & Messaging: Strong written skills for email and SMS copy that is clear, on-brand, and action-oriented; able to adapt tone for different audience segments and promotional moments.
