The Opportunity
We are looking for a meticulous and process-driven Paid Social Assistant to support our media buying and creative teams. This role is essential for maintaining the data integrity of our social media campaigns and creative analysis. You will be responsible for high-volume tasks that require a sharp eye, from verifying the identities of engaged users to "creative coding"—the process of tagging and classifying ad characteristics to fuel our performance insights. If you are a dependable professional who thrives in structured environments and values accuracy above all else, we want you on our team.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Engagement Tracking: Manually collect and track social media interactions (likes, comments, and engagements) across platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.

Identity Verification: Research and verify the identities of engaged individuals to ensure all data delivered to clients is accurate and relevant.

Creative Coding: Review advertisements and tag specific characteristics (e.g., testimonials, infographics, celebrity features, localized content) based on our classification framework.

Data Management: Input and maintain structured, organized data within Google Sheets to support team reporting.

Agile Support: Shift between engagement tracking and light creative or ad-related support based on shifting team priorities and bandwidth.

Quality Assurance: Proactively flag any data inconsistencies, risks, or issues to ensure the highest output quality.
What You Bring

Platform Familiarity: Comfortable navigating the interfaces of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

Process Orientation: Ability to follow detailed guidelines and complex classification frameworks with consistency.

Reliability: A dependable work ethic and the ability to perform high-volume, repetitive tasks without sacrificing quality.

Technical Basics: Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) for data entry and organization.

Cultural Context: A basic understanding of U.S. culture and public figures to assist in accurate identity verification.

Communication: Highly responsive and coachable, with the ability to learn new tools or platforms quickly.
