The Opportunity

We are seeking a technically inclined Lifecycle Marketing Operations Specialist to join our client's Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will be the engine behind global B2B campaigns, managing the end-to-end deployment of email series, webinar infrastructure, and lead routing. You are someone who thrives in a structured ticket-based environment (JIRA), possesses an "eagle eye" for QA, and can navigate the complexities of HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure data flows cleanly from a web form to an SDR’s queue.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Campaign Deployment: Build and deploy HubSpot email templates and automated series, including asset setup, personalization tokens, and pre-send QA.
  • Salesforce Administration: Configure Salesforce campaigns for events and webinars, managing member statuses, lead associations, and reporting setup.
  • Event Infrastructure: Build Wistia forms and registration workflows, connecting them to HubSpot static lists to ensure seamless lead flow into Salesforce.
  • Data Hygiene & Routing: Maintain lead-routing workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure event, webinar, and paid leads are routed to the appropriate nurture flows and sales queues.
  • Audience Segmentation: Prepare and validate segments in HubSpot, confirming marketable universes for specific regions before any deployment.
  • Request Management: Proactively manage and triage tickets in JIRA, clarify scope, and set clear timeline expectations with stakeholders.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Monitor active campaigns for sync errors, broken forms, or routing issues, and maintain a detailed QA log.


What You Bring

  • Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience building emails, managing lists, and launching workflows inside HubSpot.
  • CRM Familiarity: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (creating campaigns, associating leads, validating field accuracy, and lead routing).
  • Operational Discipline: Comfort working in a high-volume, ticket-based workflow (JIRA) with minimal direction and proactive status updates.
  • Communication: Responsive and direct stakeholder communication; ability to hold ground on scope and timelines as needed.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on QA to prevent data gaps or broken user experiences.
  • Availability: Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have extensive experience building Salesforce reports.
  • You are familiar with Gong Engage, Wistia, or Clay.
  • You have experience managing marketing programs for global or multi-region audiences.
  • You have a background in B2B or advertiser-facing marketing.
