The Opportunity

We need an AI Outreach QA & Reporting Assistant who finds a strange kind of satisfaction in the details—someone who can spot a "hallucinated" fact or a slightly off credential from a mile away. This isn't a role about "big picture" strategy or creative writing; it’s about being the human firewall. You are the final checkpoint that ensures every AI-generated email we send is factual, compliant, and perfectly aligned with our brand identity.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • The Ultimate Email Review: Live in our AI platforms (Pinpoint/Finny), going line-by-line through personalized emails to catch "hallucinations," invented job titles, or legal risks.
  • Fact-Checking Senders: Cross-check AI-generated bios against official fact sheets to ensure accuracy in years of experience and professional credentials.
  • Audience Alignment: Verify that campaign content matches the recipient. If a lead doesn't fit the target industry, you’ll flag them and pull them from the list.
  • Checklist Mastery: Rigorously follow a defined QA process, documenting every correction and escalating compliance issues as they arise.
  • Workflow Management: Keep the gears turning in Monday.com, moving campaigns through stages and ensuring no bottlenecks occur in the queue.
  • Refining the Machine: Identify patterns in AI errors and suggest tactical prompt adjustments to fix output issues at the source.


What You Bring

  • Attention to Detail: Precision is your superpower; you take pride in a 100% accuracy rate in high-volume, repetitive review work.
  • Compliance Mindset: Experience in regulated environments (legal, finance, or insurance) where terminology and accuracy carry high stakes.
  • Spreadsheet Proficiency: High comfort level in Excel, matching data across cells and following logic-based formulas.
  • Process-Driven: A love for structured checklists and familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Monday.com.
  • Clear Communication: The ability to explain the "why" behind an error concisely so the team can optimize the process.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have navigated Salesforce for reporting or data pulls.
  • You have a logical comfort with AI prompts—knowing how to tweak instructions for better results.
  • You’ve built basic reporting packs or dashboards in Excel.

Your Application Roadmap

You’ve applied, now let’s get to work. Here’s the play-by-play:

  • Step 1 Resume & Portfolio Screening: Our team reviews your experience. Please be prepared to share screenshots or examples of HubSpot funnels you’ve built.
  • Step 2 Recruiter Interview: We’ll chat about your HubSpot/Salesforce experience and your approach to conversion optimization.
  • Step 3 Online Assessment: You’ll complete a role-specific test to showcase your workflow logic and copywriting skills.
  • Step 4 Match Interview: You’ll meet with a Senior Leader for a deep-dive validation to ensure we’re matching you with the right opportunity.


Depending on the client, there are sometimes 2 additional steps:

  • Step 5 15-min Prep Call: Your Recruiter will coach you and share insider tips for the final round.
  • Step 6 Client Interview: You’ll meet the JumpstartMD team to discuss how you’ll help them scale their patient acquisition.
