The Opportunity
We're hiring a Wholesale Operations Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational support for the national retail and wholesale accounts of a fast-growing consumer products brand that scales through major national retail and wholesale partners. In this role you'll own the full order lifecycle — from order entry, modifications, and backorders through invoicing and fulfillment coordination — monitor orders through EDI and ERP systems, coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and 3PL partners to keep shipments on time and compliant, maintain product and account data across systems, and partner closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Support to keep key accounts running smoothly.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

National Account & Sales Operations Support: Provide day-to-day operational support for national retail accounts and key wholesale partners, manage the full order lifecycle (order entry, modifications, backorders, transfers, invoicing, fulfillment), and monitor incoming orders through EDI and NetSuite for accuracy and timely processing.

Account Records & Audits: Maintain and update national account master files, account records, assortment information, and operational trackers, and run routine sales order audits and cleanup to protect data integrity.

Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and logistics teams and manage 3PL communication on inbound and outbound shipments, inventory issues, and fulfillment timelines, proactively resolving delays and discrepancies.

Retailer Compliance: Adhere to retailer-specific routing guides and compliance requirements for labeling, packaging, documentation, and delivery to avoid chargebacks and penalties, and coordinate sample shipments with tracking for internal teams and partners.

Product & Account Data Management: Complete item setup documentation for new SKU launches (UPCs, pricing, dimensions, shipping specs, assortment) and build organized assortment sheets, catalogs, asset libraries, and wholesale asset management systems.

Marketing Content Submission: Coordinate the submission of product marketing content and assets for national retail partners, including product descriptions, specifications, and brand messaging.

Systems & Process Management: Use NetSuite and SPS Commerce (or similar EDI platforms) to manage order processing, inventory data, retailer integrations, and compliance workflows, oversee vendor onboarding in NetSuite, and support process improvements across ERP, EDI, and operational systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Support, assist Finance with invoice discrepancies and reconciliations, and communicate proactively on account needs and fulfillment updates.
What You Bring

Operations Experience: 2+ years in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Order Management, or Wholesale Administration.

ERP & EDI Systems: Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and EDI platforms, preferably SPS Commerce.

Wholesale Fulfillment Knowledge: Strong understanding of wholesale order processing and fulfillment workflows, including coordinating with warehouses, logistics providers, or 3PL partners.

Organization & Attention to Detail: Advanced attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
Bonus Points if:
- You've supported national retail accounts or wholesale customers
- You're familiar with inventory management and supply chain operations
- You've worked with OMS (Order Management Systems)
- You have experience with Extensiv or a similar warehouse management platform
- You bring e-commerce, consumer products, retail, or wholesale industry experience
