Apply for this job

Who We Are

GrowthAssistant connects top marketing and operations talent with fast-growing companies that depend on great execution to scale. Founded in 2021 and named by Forbes as one of the best startups to work at, we're a permanently remote team that runs on integrity, proactive candor, and a bias toward action — and we prioritize the human experience in everything we do. We hire for skill and for heart, and we invest in our people for the long haul.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused Lead Generation Specialist - Salesforce Experience to support the founder and team of an early-stage, AI-enabled employee benefits platform. Having recently launched out of stealth, the company is building its foundational outbound and demand generation systems to serve companies with 15–500 employees.

This is a hands-on executor role where you will be the engine behind the outbound process. While the founder will provide the ICP definitions and messaging strategy, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent execution—from list building to multi-channel outreach. If you are a disciplined professional who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and takes pride in maintaining pristine CRM data while generating qualified meetings, this is the role for you.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • List Building & Account Research: Build and maintain ICP-aligned account lists for the SMB and mid-market (15–500 employees). Research founders, CEOs, CFOs, and finance leaders to validate contact details and firmographics.
  • Outbound Execution: Execute multi-channel outreach sequences (Email + LinkedIn) with a high-volume target of approximately 200 activities per day.
  • Personalized Outreach: Perform lightweight prospect research to personalize first lines and outreach to improve engagement.
  • CRM Operations: Maintain Salesforce hygiene by creating, updating, and deduping records. Ensure all pipeline stages, activity logs, and notes are accurate and current.
  • Scheduling & Handoff: Coordinate meeting bookings, manage calendar scheduling, and prepare clean handoff notes with prospect context for the founder.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Provide weekly GTM updates and reporting on outreach activity, response rates, and meetings booked. Surface deliverability concerns or operational bottlenecks early.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 1–3 years in an SDR/BDR support, outbound sales, or sales operations role, specifically supporting founder-led sales or early-stage startups.
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including record creation, tagging, and activity logging.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written English communication skills for professional prospect engagement and clear internal reporting.
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach with the ability to understand and present data using Google Sheets.
  • Process Discipline: Ability to execute repetitive outbound workflows consistently with high attention to detail.
  • Startup Adaptability: Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
  • Market Familiarity: Direct experience with U.S.-based outbound outreach.
  • Logistics: Ability to work EST hours (with PST hours required for the first week of training).

Bonus Points if:

  • You have experience selling into HR, employee benefits, insurance, payroll, fintech, or SaaS industries.
  • You have supported Salesforce or CRM implementation workflows previously.
  • You have a basic understanding of outbound email deliverability best practices.
  • You have a track record of supporting goals of 10-15 meetings per month.
