The Opportunity

We’re hiring an Influencer Marketing Assistant to join a high-volume influencer and performance marketing agency supporting Account Managers across approximately 8–10 active client accounts — handling the high-frequency administrative and operational touchpoints that free the team to focus on higher-level strategy. You’ll manage around 75–100+ creator communications per week, track campaign deliverables, follow up on contracts and post-campaign performance, maintain tracking spreadsheets as the team’s source of truth, and generate tracking links and promo codes across brand platforms; this role calls for someone highly organized, resourceful, and genuinely comfortable operating at volume with minimal hand-holding — someone who figures things out independently before escalating.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Influencer Communications: Manage a high volume of influencer touchpoints — approximately 75–100+ per week across multiple client accounts — via shared inboxes and Google Groups alongside the Account Management team.
• Campaign Tracking & Follow-Up: Monitor campaigns to confirm influencer posts have gone live; proactively follow up with creators to collect post-campaign performance insights and flag delays or issues early.
• Data Entry & Tracker Maintenance: Maintain and update Google Sheets tracking spreadsheets that serve as the team’s source of truth across creator relationships, deliverables, and campaign statuses.
• Contract & Product Coordination: Follow up on executed influencer contract statuses and ensure product details and fulfillment needs are met on schedule.
• Link & Code Generation: Utilize brand platforms including Shopify and Super Affiliate to generate customized tracking links and promo codes for influencers across client campaigns.

What You Bring

• Resourcefulness & Initiative: A strong "figure it out" mentality — you consult available resources, reference training materials, and work independently before escalating questions, and you bring proactive follow-through to everything on your plate.
• Written Communication: Highly communicative and timely with written responses — comfortable managing high-volume creator correspondence across multiple accounts without losing accuracy or tone.
• Google Workspace Proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience with Google Sheets, Google Groups, and Gmail as core daily tools for data management, inbox management, and team communication.
• AI Tool Fluency: Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to assist with and accelerate daily workflows and administrative tasks.
• Availability: Ability to overlap with active US business hours at midday to support the team when communication volume is highest.

Bonus Points if:

• You have 2+ years of experience executing influencer or affiliate marketing campaigns (strongly preferred, though strong administrative or project management backgrounds will be considered).
• You have experience using creator sourcing platforms such as Modash or similar tools.
• You have prior experience navigating Super Affiliate or Shopify.
