The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Video & Motion Designer to join our production team and help elevate our multi-channel creative output. In this role, you will be the visual powerhouse behind our digital marketing campaigns—stitching, editing, and animating short-form video content that stops the scroll and drives conversion.


The ideal candidate possesses a deep technical command of video editing and motion graphics, paired with the ability to take existing static assets and transform them into best-in-class dynamic content. Working closely with our creative department, you will autonomously interpret briefs to generate high-quality video assets for ad sets, emails, social platforms, and landing pages. If you are an Adobe Suite expert who moves fast without losing artistic precision, we want to see your portfolio.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Multi-Channel Video Editing: Stitch, edit, and animate short-form video assets specifically optimized for paid social ad sets, email marketing, display networks, and landing pages.
  • Asset Iteration: Take existing brand elements, footage, and graphics and creatively iterate on them to produce a high volume of fresh video content variations.
  • Motion Graphics Replication: Replicate high-performing, best-in-class motion design styles and trends utilizing current brand guidelines and creative resources.
  • Brief Interpretation: Analyze creative briefs and execute video layouts autonomously, ensuring product messaging and aesthetic style are flawlessly maintained.
  • Cross-Functional Growth: Over time, grow into creating brand-new motion designs entirely from scratch and coordinate directly with the creative department to organize, tag, and upload master files to asset management platforms.


What You Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphic design, ideally within a performance-marketing context.
  • Technical Mastery (Video): Advanced, hands-on experience using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro for motion graphics and seamless video editing.
  • Technical Mastery (Design): Strong working proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to manipulate static vector assets and layout layers for animation.
  • Autonomous Execution: A proven ability to work independently, manage creative workflows efficiently, and deliver polished, high-fidelity content under tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written English communication skills to interpret feedback and collaborate effectively with distributed team members.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have prior experience working inside a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.
  • You have a background working with direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth campaigns and editing User-Generated Content (UGC).
  • You are proficient with specialized tools like MockRocket, Screen.Studio, or similar 3D mockup and screen-recording software.
  • You are an active user of AI-assisted media tools such as Descript or Adobe Podcast Enhance to optimize audio and editing workflows.

Depending on the client, there are sometimes 2 additional steps:

  • Step 5 15-min Prep Call: We’ve got your back. Before the final round, your Recruiter will hop on a quick call to coach you, share insider tips, and ensure you’re 100% ready.
  • Step 6 Client Interview: You’ll meet the client to discuss how you’ll help them scale and succeed. Bring your metrics and be on your A-game - this is your last chance to make a great first impression!
