The Opportunity
We are seeking a Quality Specialist (AI Annotation) for a high-impact, 3-month engagement. In this role, you will be the "human brain" behind the machine, providing the critical fine-tuning necessary for AI perfection. You aren't just listening to calls; you are decoding them to ensure our models are learning with 100% accuracy.
If you have an ear for detail, a knack for spotting patterns, and the patience to navigate complex annotation guidelines, this is your chance to work at the forefront of AI development. This role is ideal for someone with a background in data labeling, QA, or transcript validation who thrives in a process-oriented, high-volume environment.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Decoding Conversations: Listen to 5–10 minute hotel guest calls and compare the audio to AI-generated transcripts to validate accuracy.

Validating AI Logic: Review metadata to determine if the AI correctly classified guest intent and made the appropriate routing decisions.

Data Correction: Step in to fix the gaps when the AI misses the mark, using internal tools and structured annotation guidelines to correct the data.

Pattern Hunting: Identify and log recurring "fails"—such as background noise or specific accents—that trip the system up, providing feedback via structured dashboards.

Quality Control: Maintain a rigorous standard of accuracy across roughly 500 calls per week, ensuring every data point is reliable for machine learning.

Compliance & Security: Adhere to strict SOPs and data security rules to protect sensitive guest information.
What You Bring

Experience: Proven background in data labeling, QA, content moderation, or transcript validation.

Mastery of English: Top-tier English comprehension (both listening and reading) with the ability to catch nuances in noisy or muffled audio.

Technical Fluency: Proficiency with Google Sheets (filters, dropdowns, and data entry) and the ability to quickly learn proprietary internal software.

Detail-Oriented Mindset: Extreme focus on small errors and a commitment to following complex, strict SOPs without deviation.

Productivity: Ability to maintain high output (500+ calls/week) while keeping quality scores at peak levels.
Bonus Points if:
- You have a background in the hospitality or call center industry.
- You have prior experience with AI/ML concepts such as "intent classification" or "entity tagging."
- You have worked within regulated or compliance-heavy environments (e.g., HIPAA or PCI).
