The Opportunity
GrowthAssistant is seeking a high-level Customer Concierge – Support Assistant to support our client in the couples' intimacy and wellness space. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring couples feel supported, guided, and valued throughout their journey. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, offering empathetic, thoughtful, and personalized assistance through email and chat.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Empathetic Communication: Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email and messaging platforms with high accuracy, warmth, and emotional intelligence.

Micro-Case Management: Handle high-volume, repeatable customer service tasks including membership updates, order tracking, and billing adjustments.

Brand Stewardship: Maintain the client's established tone of voice across all communications to ensure a consistent, premium experience.

Problem Solving: Reference internal documentation (concierge handbooks and FAQs) to resolve issues efficiently and accurately.

Strategic Escalation: Identify and escalate sensitive or novel cases to the broader Concierge team in a timely manner.

Meticulous Logging: Document all interactions, outcomes, and relevant notes to maintain internal visibility and data integrity.

Team Collaboration: Provide consistent start-of-day and end-of-day updates and collaborate with teammates in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
What You Bring

Exceptional English: Professional written proficiency with a warm, polished, and emotionally intelligent tone.

Service Background: Prior experience in customer service, concierge support, executive assistance, or high-end hospitality.

Process Discipline: High attention to detail and the ability to follow established SOPs precisely.

Operational Stamina: Comfort handling repetitive, high-volume inquiries without sacrificing quality or empathy.

Emotional Maturity: Absolute professionalism when handling personal or sensitive customer messages in the wellness space.

Reliability: Strong follow-through, responsiveness, and the ability to work independently while staying connected to the team.

Flexibility: Availability to work rotating schedules, which may include some weekends.
Bonus Points if:
- You have a background as a Travel Concierge or Executive PA.
- You have experience supporting customers in wellness, healthcare-adjacent, or subscription-based businesses.
- You have prior exposure to CRMs, help desk software, or order management systems.
- You have experience supporting a global customer base across multiple time zones.
