What Your Day-to-Day Will Most Likely Look Like
As an E-commerce Operations Assistant, you are the technical guardian of the customer's shopping experience. You will:

Storefront Management: Own day-to-day updates across multiple Shopify storefronts or Amazon Seller Central accounts.

Listing Excellence: Build and maintain product listings, ensuring that titles, descriptions, pricing, and merchandising are 100% accurate and optimized.

Content QA: Update and QA Product Detail Pages (PDPs), collection pages, and landing pages. You’ll ensure all storefront content is current and aligned with brand guidelines.

Promotion Orchestration: Support the setup and execution of promotions and discount codes directly within Shopify or Amazon.

Inventory & Performance Monitoring: Help monitor site performance and KPIs (Conversion Rate, Revenue, Pacing) while flagging any site hygiene issues or broken links.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Finance, and CX teams to execute updates efficiently and ensure a seamless post-purchase experience.

Workflow Organization: Use Asana (or other similar platform) to manage complex task lists, track progress on launches, and stay aligned with internal deadlines.
What You Bring

Platform Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Shopify Administration and/or Amazon Seller Central.

Operational Mastery: Proven ability to manage products, content, and promotions within e-commerce back-ends.

High Attention to Detail: You have a "zero-error" mindset. You catch the pricing typo or the broken image before the customer does.

Ambiguity Tolerance: You are comfortable being "scrappy" and helping to document processes as they are being formalized.

Urgency & Ownership: You thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple simultaneous launches and have a strong sense of ownership over your tasks.

Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills for proactive troubleshooting and internal stakeholder updates.

Step 4 Match Interview: You’ll meet with one of our Senior Leaders for a deep-dive validation to ensure we’re matching you with the right opportunity. This is your moment to bring your A-game and really shine - it’s the final step for many of our roles!
Depending on the client, there are sometimes 2 additional steps:

Step 5 15-min Prep Call: We’ve got your back. Before the final round, your Recruiter will hop on a quick call to coach you, share insider tips, and ensure you’re 100% ready.
