The Opportunity

We're hiring a Campaign Associate for a fast-growing influencer marketing platform that connects brands with content creators — owning influencer sourcing, outreach, and relationship management from first contact through contract close, and supporting quality assurance on live campaign content.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Influencer List Building: Build lists of qualified influencers based on client parameters — follower count, engagement rate, content and brand alignment, and estimated CAC.
• Tracking & Reporting: Manage the outreach tracking spreadsheet and provide reporting on outreach volume and response rates.
• Outreach & Coordination: Conduct influencer outreach using templated and custom communications, including phone communication when needed.
• Administrative & Data Entry: Manage outreach-related administrative work and data entry touchpoints.
• Creator Relationships: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with creators.
• Contract Facilitation: Facilitate contract closing, including contract negotiation, and escalate issues appropriately when they arise.
• Campaign Briefing: Understand project briefing documents and clearly communicate product messaging and content guidelines to influencers.
• Content QA: Manage ongoing influencer campaigns and perform quality assurance on content and airchecks before it goes live, communicating with creators when edits are needed.

What You Bring

• Influencer/Affiliate Marketing Experience: 2+ years of experience executing influencer marketing or affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Platform Experience: Experience with Aspire or a similar influencer marketing platform.
• Relationship-Building: A proven record of building relationships with creators and maintaining positive, people-focused communication.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Spreadsheet Skills & Schedule: Intermediate experience with Excel or Google Sheets, and the ability to work US time zones (EST preferred).
