What Your Day-to-Day Will Most Likely Look Like
As a Sales & Growth Specialist, you are the engine of revenue generation. Depending on the specific client match, your day-to-day may include:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Researching and identifying high-fit prospects, finding verified contact info, and building targeted outbound lists.

Outbound Outreach (SDR/BDR): Executing high-volume multi-channel outreach (Email, LinkedIn, Cold Calling) to spark interest and book qualified discovery calls.

Pipeline Management: Managing your "inbox" and CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce) with 100% accuracy to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.

Discovery & Closing (AE): Leading product demos and discovery calls, navigating objections, and managing the sales process from initial interest to signed contract.

Strategic Personalization: Crafting compelling, personalized messaging that cuts through the noise and resonates with busy decision-makers.

Reporting: Tracking daily/weekly activity metrics and surfacing insights on what messaging or channels are driving the best results.
What You Bring

Experience: 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation (ideally within SaaS or high-growth B2B).

The Toolkit: Hands-on proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or SalesLoft.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English. You can draft an email that gets a response and hold a high-level conversation with a CXO.

Resilience & Grit: You view "no" as just another step toward "yes." You are self-motivated and thrive on hitting (and exceeding) targets.

Operational Discipline: You take pride in your CRM hygiene and your ability to manage a high volume of tasks without losing quality.

Adaptability: You can quickly learn a new product or industry and speak about it with confidence and authority.

Step 2 Recruiter Interview: If we believe we have a great client match, we’ll reach out to schedule a human-to-human chat to discuss your career goals, experience, and what makes you tick.

Step 3 Online Assessment: This is your chance to shine! You’ll complete a role-specific test, a personality assessment, and your official GA Profile Form so we can represent you.

Step 4 Match Interview: You’ll meet with one of our Senior Leaders for a deep-dive validation to ensure we’re matching you with the right opportunity. This is your moment to bring your A-game and really shine - it’s the final step for many of our roles!
Depending on the client, there are sometimes 2 additional steps:

Step 5 15-min Prep Call: We’ve got your back. Before the final round, your Recruiter will hop on a quick call to coach you, share insider tips, and ensure you’re 100% ready.

Step 6 Client Interview: You’ll meet the client to discuss how you’ll help them scale and succeed. Bring your metrics and be on your A-game - this is your last chance to make a great first impression!
