The Opportunity

We're hiring an AI Native Motion Artist for a venture-backed AI voice and audio technology company scaling its creative and marketing content engine — turning AI-generated stills, Figma files, and screen captures into polished, high-end product launch and feature highlight videos that combine screen recordings with motion design.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Motion Design & Product Videos: Produce 15–60 second product launch and feature highlight videos combining screen recordings with motion design — animated cursors, custom transitions, UI callouts, and polished effects layered on real product UI.
  • Figma & UI Assets: Work directly from Figma files, UI screenshots, and screen captures to build motion pieces that showcase product features in a polished, intentional way.
  • AI Asset to Video: Turn AI-generated stills and clips into visually engaging video content.
  • Animation & Sequencing: Animate stills into motion (image-to-video), sequence shots, and assemble finished pieces with strong pacing and rhythm.
  • Cinematic Polish: Apply cinematic motion, transitions, and timing so content feels intentional and high-end, not auto-generated.
  • Creative Iteration: Iterate quickly across concepts and formats, working from generated assets rather than original footage.
  • Quality Consistency: Maintain a consistent quality bar across published video templates and pieces.


What You Bring

  • Portfolio: A portfolio showing UI/product launch videos with a mix of screen recording and motion design (animated cursors, custom fade-ins, UI callouts, frame rate styling) — this is the most important qualification.
  • Motion & Editing Sense: Strong video editing and motion sense — pacing, sequencing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
  • AI Video Tool Fluency: Hands-on fluency with AI video and image-to-video tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, Adobe, and similar).
  • AI-Generated Asset Workflow: Comfort working primarily from AI-generated stills, Figma files, and screen captures rather than live footage.
  • Traditional Editing Tools: Experience with traditional editing tools (Premiere, CapCut, After Effects) for finishing.
  • Schedule: Ability to work EST hours.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have a sound-design or music sensibility.
  • You keep a personal practice making and sharing AI video content.
  • You have experience producing product marketing or SaaS launch videos specifically.

  • Step 4 Match Interview: You'll meet with one of our Senior Leaders for a deep-dive validation to ensure we're matching you with the right opportunity. This is your moment to bring your A-game and really shine — it's the final step for many of our roles!


Depending on the client, there are sometimes 2 additional steps:

  • Step 5 15-min Prep Call: We've got your back. Before the final round, your Recruiter will hop on a quick call to coach you, share insider tips, and ensure you're 100% ready.
  • Step 6 Client Interview: You'll meet the client to discuss how you'll help them scale and succeed. Bring your metrics and be on your A-game — this is your last chance to make a great first impression!
