The Opportunity

We're hiring an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist for a direct-to-consumer personal care brand — growing and managing the affiliate and influencer programs through partner relationships, program communication, performance analysis, and close collaboration with finance and marketing.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Partner Relationships: Manage and nurture a portfolio of affiliate and influencer partners to support revenue growth and brand visibility, and serve as a key point of contact for clear communication and timely support.
• Partnership Growth: Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and optimize collaboration with high-performing creators and affiliates.
• Partner Communications: Develop and run a recurring affiliate newsletter program covering promotions, product launches, and program updates, and keep partners engaged and aligned with campaigns.
• Data & Reporting: Collect and consolidate performance data from affiliate and influencer platforms, analyze campaign and partner performance, and prepare regular reports with insights for internal stakeholders.
• Spend Tracking: Track affiliate and influencer spend across categories and report monthly spend, forecasts, and budget allocation to the finance team.
• Business Reviews: Compile program performance data, insights, and recommendations for monthly business reviews, and contribute to program growth discussions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and cross-functional teams to align on campaign execution and reporting, contributing ideas to improve program performance and partner engagement.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnership marketing, or a related digital marketing role.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
• Relationship Management: Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Organization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, managing multiple partners and projects at once.
• Availability: Ability to work US Eastern Time hours (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM ET).

Bonus Points if:

• You have experience with affiliate platforms, influencer marketing tools, or analytics dashboards.
• You have experience creating partner communications such as newsletters or promotional updates.
• You are familiar with tracking performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and partner contribution.
