The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-impact GA Success Manager (GSM) to serve as the champion, coach, and strategic advocate for our placed talent. In this role, you own the long-term success of approximately 80 GrowthAssistants (GAs), ensuring they are thriving within their client placements. You will be the architect of their growth, responsible for embedding the "GA Way" into their daily work through rigorous training, proactive mentorship, and candid performance feedback. Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will bridge the gap between HR and Customer Success to keep our core values alive and our talent retention world-class. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Talent Advocacy & Mentorship: Manage a "book" of approximately 80 GrowthAssistants, meeting with each at least once per month to ensure role satisfaction and professional growth.
  • Training & Development: Design, deliver, and report on regular training programs and action plans to drive continual improvement across your GA cohort.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with the Customer Success team to provide tailored, candid performance reviews and develop roadmap-driven improvement plans.
  • Onboarding & Culture: Embed the “GA Way” philosophy into the new hire experience, creating and managing onboarding plans that ensure a seamless transition into client roles.
  • Proactive Coaching: Hold regular office hours to provide real-time guidance, coaching, and mentoring to GAs navigating diverse client environments.
  • Operational Reporting: Track and report on key People Operations metrics, GA feedback, and developmental progress to the GA Experience Lead.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR and Customer Success Managers to relay critical feedback and align GA development with client needs.


What You Bring

  • Coaching Mastery: 3+ years of professional experience as a trainer or coach, with a proven ability to deliver proactive candor and constructive feedback.
  • Systems Building: Experience building training processes, developmental systems, and improvement frameworks from scratch.
  • Strategic Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you can navigate sensitive people-ops conversations with ease.
  • Analytical Mindset: Experience reporting on success metrics and results within a training or people operations context.
  • Leadership Passion: A genuine interest in leadership development and a "people-first" approach to problem-solving.
  • Industry Versatility: Experience working across diverse industries (marketing experience is a significant advantage).


Bonus Points if:

  • You have a deep understanding of Employee Lifecycle Management, from initial onboarding to long-term retention.
  • You have specific experience in Learning & Development (L&D) program design or facilitation.
  • You thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments where managing multiple priorities is the norm.
  • You have experience working in creative agencies, marketing agencies, or supporting large creative teams/accounts.
  • You are comfortable managing relationships and workflows across multiple agencies, creative stakeholders, or cross-functional teams.


Salary Range: $7 - $9 per hour (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)

Depending on the client, there are sometimes 2 additional steps:

  • Step 5 15-min Prep Call: We’ve got your back. Before the final round, your Recruiter will hop on a quick call to coach you, share insider tips, and ensure you’re 100% ready.
  • Step 6 Client Interview: You’ll meet the client to discuss how you’ll help them scale and succeed. Bring your metrics and be on your A-game - this is your last chance to make a great first impression!
