The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-output, aesthetically driven Graphic Designer to serve as a core creative engine for our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for translating brand strategies into visually stunning assets across every digital touchpoint—from high-converting ad sets and social media content to polished landing pages and internal reports. If you are a Figma power-user with a "minimalist-professional" aesthetic and the ability to maintain rigorous brand consistency in a fast-paced environment, we want to see your portfolio.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Multi-Channel Asset Creation: Design and build visually engaging graphics for paid social ad sets, email campaigns, display ads, and landing pages.

Creative Optimization: Take existing brand assets and enhance them through precise cropping, resizing, and text overlays, ensuring they are optimized for specific platform requirements.

Brand Stewardship: Collaborate closely with internal marketing and product teams to ensure all designs align with established brand guidelines and visual identity.

Business Collateral: Develop high-end presentations, internal documents, and reports that maintain a professional, cohesive look across the organization.

Rapid Prototyping: Utilize Figma to iterate on design concepts quickly, moving from initial brief to final high-fidelity export with speed and precision.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with growth and content teams to deliver visual support for seasonal campaigns and product launches.
What You Bring

Experience: 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio that showcases a modern, minimalist, and professional design language.

Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Figma is required. Additional expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a significant plus.

Design Theory: A deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and modern branding principles.

Operational Agility: The ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills; you can articulate design decisions and receive feedback with professional candor.

Availability: Ability to work 9:00 am – 5:00 pm PST.
Bonus Points if:
- You have experience in Video Editing or Motion Graphics.
- You have a background in designing for CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands.
- You are familiar with Asana or similar project management platforms.
- You are an early adopter of AI design tools for rapid prototyping and creative iteration.
