The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Paid Social Specialist to manage the end-to-end execution of complex partnership campaigns. This role is a unique blend of technical ad operations and high-touch communication. You won't just be "pressing buttons" in Ads Manager; you will be the primary guardian of client confidence, ensuring that budgets, audiences, and partnership links are 100% accurate before launch. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Meta Ad Campaign Execution: Build, QA, and launch partnership campaigns with total accuracy. You will navigate audiences, placements, tracking, and optimization settings within Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strategic Campaign Setup: Apply best practices to maximize deliverables and performance, including calculating precise budgets, CPMs, and impression forecasts.
  • Partnership Coordination: Manage incoming partnership requests, ensuring all client linking and asset approvals are finalized on schedule.
  • Inbox & Workflow Mastery: Own an independent inbox for partnership communications. You will be responsible for a 1–2-hour daily window of high responsiveness to prevent bottlenecks.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Flag performance concerns, missing assets, or unclear instructions immediately. You take full ownership of the timeline from intake to launch.
  • Rigorous Quality Assurance: Double-check every parameter—URLs, dates, budgets, and naming conventions—to ensure a flawless "Go-Live" experience.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide basic performance reads (CPM, CTR, pacing) upon request to keep stakeholders informed.


What You Bring

  • Experience: 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager, paid social, or digital campaign production.
  • Mathematical Aptitude: Strong ability to calculate CPMs, budgets, and impression goals for forecasting.
  • Operational Excellence: Exceptionally organized; you can juggle multiple client requests simultaneously without dropping a single detail.
  • Reliability: You provide predictable weekday touchpoints and follow through on open items without needing reminders.
  • Communication: Excellent written English skills with a focus on clarity and professional responsiveness.
  • Accountability: You treat client work with seriousness and take pride in meeting every deadline.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have experience managing partnership/influencer whitelisting within Meta.
  • You are familiar with third-party ticketing or workflow management systems.
  • You have a background in a high-volume agency environment.

Depending on the client, there are sometimes 2 additional steps: 

  • Step 5 15-min Prep Call: We’ve got your back. Before the final round, your Recruiter will hop on a quick call to coach you, share insider tips, and ensure you’re 100% ready.
  • Step 6 Client Interview: You’ll meet the client to discuss how you’ll help them scale and succeed. Bring your metrics and be on your A-game - this is your last chance to make a great first impression!
