What Your Day-to-Day Will Most Likely Look Like
As an Executive Assistant, you are the connective tissue between executive vision and team execution. You will:

Executive Support & Triage: Own and manage complex calendars across multiple time zones. You’ll triage inboxes to surface priority items and draft polished, professional responses.

Priority Management: Maintain the executive "Second Brain," organizing to-do lists, tracking deadlines, and ensuring no commitment falls through the cracks.

Meeting Orchestration: Prepare daily and weekly priority views, organize prep materials, and lead post-meeting follow-ups to turn discussions into documented action.

Project Coordination: Drive cross-functional initiatives by tracking timelines and deliverables, keeping the team aligned with executive direction.

Systems Building: Build and maintain lightweight systems, SOPs, and trackers that improve accountability and help the executive stay ahead of recurring tasks.

Logistics: Coordinate complex travel itineraries, reservations, and logistical support as needed.
What You Bring

Experience: 3+ years in an Executive Assistant, Executive Operations, or high-level administrative role supporting founders or senior leadership.

Operational Mastery: Exceptional skills in complex calendar and inbox management with a proven ability to manage rapidly shifting priorities.

World-Class Communication: Superior written and verbal English; you can represent an executive with a calm, polished, and professional tone.

Tech Proficiency: High proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Proactive Intuition: The ability to anticipate needs and think several steps ahead to prevent bottlenecks before they occur.

Strategic Alignment: Ability to work U.S. business hours (EST/PST) to ensure real-time support for your executive.

Step 4 Match Interview: You’ll meet with one of our Senior Leaders for a deep-dive validation to ensure we’re matching you with the right opportunity. This is your moment to bring your A-game and really shine - it’s the final step for many of our roles!
Depending on the client, there are sometimes 2 additional steps:

Step 5 15-min Prep Call: We’ve got your back. Before the final round, your Recruiter will hop on a quick call to coach you, share insider tips, and ensure you’re 100% ready.

Step 6 Client Interview: You’ll meet the client to discuss how you’ll help them scale and succeed. Bring your metrics and be on your A-game - this is your last chance to make a great first impression!
