The Opportunity

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own the day-to-day activation, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns for a performance-driven growth marketing operation scaling high-velocity paid media programs across Meta and omnichannel platforms — partnering closely with internal strategy leads and cross-functional creative teams to scale spend efficiently, deploy rigorous A/B testing, and maximize business growth; the ideal hire is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, lives in the metrics, and proactively acts on data trends to cut waste and scale winning variations.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Campaign Execution & Launch: Build, launch, and QA paid social campaigns from scratch across platforms — Meta Business Manager primary, Google and TikTok a plus — ensuring precise tracking, budget allocation, and asset deployment.
  • Daily Optimization & Pacing: Manage, pace, and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly ad budgets against predefined performance thresholds by adjusting bids, audiences, and pausing underperforming assets.
  • A/B Testing: Run structured A/B tests across creative variations, ad copy, hooks, and audience segments to identify high-performing assets and maximize efficiency.
  • Data & Reporting: Build and maintain real-time performance dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets using advanced formulas, pivots, and charts to track core KPIs — ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, and hook/hold rates.
  • Creative Collaboration: Collect ad creative and copy from cross-functional teams, spot strong content trends, and partner with designers to iterate on high-performing ad formats.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Deliver weekly performance readouts, flag budget anomalies early, and provide data-driven strategic recommendations to stakeholders via Slack, email, and video calls.


What You Bring

  • Paid Social Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience setting up, optimizing, and managing paid social campaigns with deep expertise in Meta Business Manager.
  • Budget Management: Proven track record managing and pacing mid-to-high-tier monthly ad spends, scaling toward or within six-figure monthly budgets.
  • Analytical & Reporting Skills: Strong command of performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, hook/hold rates) with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for building trend-tracking dashboards from scratch.
  • Communication: Fluent written and verbal English with a history of successfully supporting or partnering with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.
  • Mindset & Autonomy: A self-starter who brings structure to changing environments, values data over personal bias, and executes autonomously within guardrails.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, PMax), TikTok Ads/TikTok Shop, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • You have a background in DTC eCommerce, Health/Wellness, B2B SaaS, or Fintech verticals.
  • You're familiar with tools like Slack, Gmail, Notion, Salesforce, Webflow, Shopify, or Google Analytics.
  • You have experience with creative analytics platforms such as Motion, Foreplay, or Atria.
