The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Marketing Graphic Designer to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup operating in the supply chain and enterprise software space — serving as the primary design resource for a lean marketing team across digital, web, sales, and content channels. You’ll create and refine high-quality visual assets including decks, one-pagers, case studies, social graphics, landing page designs, and light video edits; work within an established brand system to improve visual consistency across all touchpoints; and make smart, independent design decisions when briefs are loose or incomplete. This role is built for a fast-moving visual executor who thrives in a startup environment, brings urgency and craft in equal measure, and can keep projects moving without constant direction.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Marketing Asset Creation: Create and update static marketing assets including decks, one-pagers, PDFs, case studies, social graphics, event materials, and campaign visuals — while cleaning up and improving existing assets from prior contractors or internal team members to bring them in line with brand standards.
  • Web & Landing Page Design: Support landing page and web design needs including improving visual polish on pages built in tools like HubSpot, and creating web page mockups and design assets ready for developer handoff.
  • Social & Campaign Visuals: Design graphics and layouts for social media, sales collateral, paid advertising, and marketing campaigns — maintaining visual consistency and brand standards across all deliverables.
  • Light Video & Motion: Assist with light video editing including simple cuts, formatting, captions, resizing, and polishing short-form assets; support occasional simple motion graphics, animation, or AI-assisted creative experimentation as needed.
  • Backlog & Ongoing Support: Help the team move through an existing backlog of design projects while supporting ongoing weekly requests — balancing speed, quality, and brand consistency across a broad range of design needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Iteration: Collaborate with marketing stakeholders through Slack and lightweight intake processes; make sound judgment calls on layout, hierarchy, and visual direction when briefs are loose, and incorporate feedback from multiple team members quickly and thoughtfully.


What You Bring

  • Design Experience & Portfolio: 3+ years of graphic design, marketing design, or visual design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern B2B SaaS, startup, or technology-focused work — including sales and marketing assets such as decks, one-pagers, PDFs, case studies, and social graphics.
  • Design Fundamentals: Strong command of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, spacing, and brand consistency — with the ability to make existing assets look more polished, professional, and on-brand.
  • Tool Proficiency: Comfort working in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite; light video editing experience using tools such as Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or similar; familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools and a willingness to use them to improve speed and iteration.
  • Web Design Exposure: Experience designing for web or landing pages; development experience is not required, but the ability to prepare clean design handoffs for developers is expected.
  • Startup Mindset & Communication: High sense of urgency and responsiveness, strong communication skills, and the independence to keep work moving without constant direction — comfortable with a US-based team and a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have experience designing for B2B SaaS, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or enterprise software brands.
  • You have experience creating paid social ad visuals or campaign creative.
  • You have experience supporting event or booth activation materials.
  • You have experience with HubSpot landing pages, Webflow, Framer, or similar web platforms.
  • You have basic motion graphics or simple animation experience.
  • You have experience using AI tools such as Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Higgsfield, Canva AI, or other design and video tools.
