The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-impact GA Success Manager (GSM) to serve as the primary advocate, coach, and performance driver for our GrowthAssistants (GAs). In this role, you aren't just a manager; you are a mentor and a systems-builder responsible for a "book" of approximately 80 GAs. You will ensure every GA embodies the "GA Way," hits their performance milestones, and feels supported in their career journey. Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will sit at the intersection of People Operations and Customer Success to ensure our talent remains the best in the world.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Coaching & Mentorship: Meet with every GA in your book at least once per month to provide guidance, deliver candid feedback, and keep our core values alive.
  • Onboarding & Training: Create and manage customized onboarding plans, ensuring every new hire successfully embeds the "GA Way" philosophy into their client work.
  • Performance Reviews: Collaborate with the Customer Success team to deliver tailored, detailed performance reviews that provide GAs with the clarity they need to grow.
  • Training Development: Design and deliver regular training sessions and host weekly office hours to address common hurdles and upskill your book of GAs.
  • Stakeholder Synergy: Work alongside HR and Customer Success Managers to relay development plans to clients and ensure GA satisfaction with their specific placements.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Report on key people operations metrics and GA feedback to the GA Experience Lead, identifying trends to drive continual improvement.
  • Process Creation: Build and refine internal systems from scratch to streamline how we track GA success and professional development.
  • Schedule: U.S. Business Hours


What You Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years as a professional trainer, coach, or people manager.
  • Industry Versatility: Experience working across diverse industries (marketing experience is a significant bonus).
  • Strategic Execution: Proven ability to create actionable improvement plans and build operational processes from the ground up.
  • Candid Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills with the "proactive candor" required to deliver difficult feedback effectively.
  • Leadership Passion: A genuine interest in leadership development and human potential.
  • Data Literacy: Experience reporting on success metrics related to training or people operations.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have a deep understanding of the Employee Lifecycle—from onboarding to retention.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments (managing 80+ people).
  • You have formal experience in Learning & Development (L&D) program design.

Depending on the client, there are sometimes 2 additional steps:

  • Step 5 | 15-min Prep Call: We’ve got your back. Before the final round, your Recruiter will hop on a quick call to coach you, share insider tips, and ensure you’re 100% ready.
  • Step 6 | Client Interview: You’ll meet the client to discuss how you’ll help them scale and succeed. Bring your metrics and be on your A-game!
