The Opportunity

We're hiring an Outbound Email Sequence Specialist to build and drive the top-of-funnel outbound motion for a fast-growing B2B ad tech platform specializing in premium CTV and mobile advertising inventory — owning prospect list building, high-volume personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn, and lead qualification to consistently fuel the company's sales pipeline.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Prospect List Building: Build targeted prospect lists based on the company's ICP — identifying the right contacts at target companies across key verticals, including gaming, fintech, fitness, retail, food, and media.
  • Cold Email Outreach: Execute high-volume cold email outreach across a customized multi-domain infrastructure; prioritize personalized, high-volume messaging over polished, templated sequences.
  • LinkedIn Outreach: Run LinkedIn outreach sequences on behalf of the sales lead, managing messaging and follow-ups to generate pipeline at scale.
  • Lead Qualification & Handoff: Qualify inbound replies against ICP criteria and hand off qualified leads to the sales lead for follow-up and closing; maintain a clean handoff process to protect conversion rates.
  • KPI Tracking & Reporting: Track and report against key metrics, including new threads opened, qualified leads delivered, reply rates, and meetings booked; surface performance trends to inform ongoing strategy.
  • Messaging Iteration: Own and iterate on outreach templates based on what's working; develop and test original outreach concepts to continuously improve reply rates and lead quality.


What You Bring

  • SDR Experience: Proven track record as an SDR — able to ramp quickly, own the outbound motion from day one, and deliver results with minimal hand-holding.
  • Cold Email Skills: Strong cold email execution skills; comfortable running high-volume outreach and iterating on messaging in real time based on reply signals.
  • LinkedIn Outbound: Experience running LinkedIn outreach sequences, including managing outreach on behalf of a sales lead's profile.
  • Prospect Research & ICP Qualification: Experience building targeted prospect lists and qualifying leads against an ICP; able to identify the right contacts independently and prioritize outreach for maximum pipeline impact.
  • Operating Style: Wired for high-volume, personalized-feeling outreach — owns both execution and results, with a bias toward action, fast iteration, and consistent follow-through.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have hands-on experience with Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • You've worked with a multi-domain cold email infrastructure
  • You have exposure to mobile app advertising, CTV/ad inventory, or the agency world
