The Opportunity
We are looking for an analytical and high-caliber SEO Content Writer (Job Board Focus) to own the creation and optimization of all static content pages on our job board. This is a specialized role where content meets data; you will be responsible for building topical authority and organic visibility to attract top-tier candidates across various career fields.
This position is ideal for a "Writer-First" professional who is also comfortable diving into raw data to inform their strategy. You won't just be writing articles; you will be architecting a content ecosystem—connecting Occupation Pages, Category Pages, and niche career guides to guide users from research to job application. We are looking for someone who uses AI as a tool for efficiency, not a crutch for creation, ensuring every piece of content is original, accurate, and human-centric.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Strategic Content Development: Create search-friendly, conversion-focused content for Occupation Pages (career guides, salary overviews, skill requirements) and Category Pages.

Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze raw data from Business Intelligence teams to interpret user behavior and content performance, proactively refining the content strategy based on metrics.

SEO Execution: Integrate natural keyword variations into fluent, high-quality prose while strictly adhering to internal SEO guidelines and avoiding algorithm-heavy writing styles.

Authority Building (E-E-A-T): Prioritize expertise-led themes such as hiring trends and required tools, referencing credible data sources like government labor reports to build trustworthiness.

Internal Linking Strategy: Strategically cross-link between pages using descriptive anchor text to enhance the user journey and support the site’s content architecture.

Content Maintenance: Regularly localize and refresh salary and market-related information to ensure accuracy and prevent duplicate content issues across location-based pages.

Operational Management: Manage assignments within Google Sheets and maintain proactive, asynchronous communication with leadership to keep projects moving.
What You Bring

Experience: Proven background in SEO writing, content architecture, or E-commerce content ecosystems.

Analytical Prowess: Ability to interpret raw analytics reports to guide strategy; experience with Claude Code or other AI-code tools for data "slicing" is a major plus.

SEO Tool Mastery: Proficiency in advanced tools for keyword research and competitive analysis, specifically Ahrefs and SEMrush.

Writing Excellence: Exceptional English grammar and a natural, human tone that prioritizes the user experience over search engine algorithms.

Research Skills: Strong ability to source and reference authoritative data to support factual claims regarding salaries and industry trends.

Autonomy: A proactive, self-starting work style—you ask for context when it's missing and take full ownership of your output.

Schedule: Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) with some overlap with Central European Time (CET).
Bonus Points if:
- You have experience working directly with job boards or recruitment marketing.
- You have a background in data science or business intelligence reporting.
- You have demonstrated success in scaling content for large-scale directory sites or marketplaces.
