The Opportunity

Are you a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a dedicated Collection Specialist to manage our dealer client accounts. In this role, you won’t just be "chasing payments"—you will be building professional relationships, navigating billing complexities, and ensuring a seamless financial experience for our partners. If you have a sharp eye for detail and can turn a "difficult" conversation into a positive outcome, we want to hear from you.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • High-Volume Outreach: Conduct roughly 50–100 calls per day, balancing proactive reminders for upcoming due dates and reactive collections for overdue or delinquent accounts.
  • Account Analysis: Research account history in Chargebee and HubSpot before making contact to ensure billing accuracy and context.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous notes on every interaction and assist with manual reconciliation between our CRM and billing platform—if it isn’t in the notes, it didn’t happen!
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance team to escalate complex cases and systematically reduce the current collections backlog.
  • Relationship Management: Navigate sensitive financial conversations with a "firm but fair" approach to ensure professional resolution.
  • Schedule: U.S. Business Hours (EST)


What You Bring

  • Communication Excellence: Near-native verbal and written English skills; you can follow scripts while thinking on your feet.
  • Collections Expertise: A proven track record in high-volume outbound/inbound collections calls.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Chargebee (or similar billing software) and HubSpot (or similar CRM).
  • Professionalism: The ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with unresponsive or difficult clients.
  • Organizational Rigor: Exceptional record-keeping skills and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have direct, hands-on experience with the HubSpot + Chargebee ecosystem.
  • You have previous experience working within the SaaS or Automotive industries.
  • You have experience in manual financial reconciliation.

  • Step 5 15-min Prep Call: We’ve got your back. Before the final round, your Recruiter will hop on a quick call to coach you, share insider tips, and ensure you’re 100% ready.
  • Step 6 Client Interview: You’ll meet the client to discuss how you’ll help them scale and succeed. Bring your metrics and be on your A-game - this is your last chance to make a great first impression!
