Who We Are

GrowthAssistant connects top marketing and operations talent with fast-growing companies that depend on great execution to scale. Founded in 2021 and named by Forbes as one of the best startups to work at, we’re a permanently remote team that runs on integrity, proactive candor, and a bias toward action — and we prioritize the human experience in everything we do. We hire for skill and for heart, and we invest in our people for the long haul.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Iterable) to own the end-to-end execution of a high-volume lifecycle email program at a fast-growing consumer membership and digital health platform — building and deploying approximately 3–4 campaigns per week in Iterable, orchestrating automated journeys, managing the email content calendar across brand and creative stakeholders, and owning the A/B testing roadmap from hypothesis through reporting. This is not a campaign-execution-only role: you’ll bring strategic judgment to lifecycle decisions, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and make recommendations that impact the overall lifecycle strategy — built for a senior lifecycle marketer who has owned a program strategically, not just executed within a defined framework, and who is energized by both operational precision and data-driven optimization.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Campaign Execution & Operations: Lead day-to-day campaign operations in Iterable for approximately 3–4 weekly campaigns — including campaign setup, audience segmentation, triggered sends, automated journey configuration, QA, deployment, and post-send checks; own the lifecycle blast campaign process end to end for lead conversion, member engagement, and reactivation.
  • Automated Journey Orchestration: Build and QA net new automated journeys in Iterable — including template creation, workflow builds, deployment, and ongoing reporting; maintain list hygiene, segmentation accuracy, deliverability standards, and privacy compliance across all active journeys and campaigns.
  • Email Content Calendar & Stakeholder Coordination: Manage the email content calendar as the liaison between Brand, Creative, and stakeholder teams — ensuring campaigns, briefs, creative reviews, and approvals stay on track; write and manage creative briefs using established templates, partnering with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, brand team, designers, and copywriters.
  • Template Building & QA: Build and edit email templates using Stripo; use basic HTML to make light template edits directly in Iterable and troubleshoot formatting issues; coordinate with the creative team to ensure email assets are delivered on time, reviewed by the right stakeholders, and aligned with email marketing best practices.
  • A/B Testing & Performance Analysis: Own the A/B testing roadmap from hypothesis generation through prioritization, execution, and reporting; analyze campaign performance and email metrics; and turn results into actionable recommendations that shape the broader lifecycle strategy.

What You Bring

  • Lifecycle & CRM Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing in a high-growth environment — with demonstrated strategic ownership of a lifecycle program, not just execution within a defined framework.
  • Iterable Platform Expertise: Hands-on Iterable experience is strongly preferred; Braze experience is also highly relevant. Strong proficiency with segmentation logic, automated journey builds, triggered campaigns, and campaign operations within a modern lifecycle platform is required.
  • Email Template & HTML Skills: Experience using an email template builder such as Stripo, Taxi, Stensul, or similar; basic HTML or email template editing experience for light in-platform edits and formatting troubleshooting.
  • Data-Driven & Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret email metrics, and translate data into lifecycle strategy recommendations — with the judgment to know when to deviate from standard playbooks and the autonomy to act on it.
  • Project Management & Communication: Strong project management skills and experience using Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or a comparable tool to manage tasks and deadlines; excellent communication skills around timelines, blockers, status updates, and stakeholder coordination; highly detail-oriented and proactive; able to work US hours.

Bonus Points if:

  • You have experience in healthcare, wellness, concierge-service, or membership-based brands.
  • You have direct hands-on experience with Stripo specifically.
  • You have familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or BI/reporting workflows.
  • You have familiarity with SMS or omnichannel lifecycle strategy.

Sign-on Bonus: $300 bonus upon successful completion of the first 90 days of employment
